I have two Shi Tzu's. They are very different. My little boy is chill and my little girl is a handful. No other groomer was ever able to clip her face. Taylor never fails to make my Torvi (she's 2) look beautiful. Taylor has a way with Torvi that no one else had. Midge and others have groomed Ragnar, he looks fabulous as well. He's 6 so he cooperates. The kids get very excited when I tell them we are going to see Terry (owner). That makes me happy that they want to go. They come home smelling and looking fabulous. I also love that this business is Veteran owned and hires Veterans. You can't get any better than that. I've lived in Vero Beach for four years. I went through many groomers. After she asked me what I thought of the haircut she didn't like my response. She cut my dog unevenly and left streaks and cut the tale horribly. We had to call the cops because she kept the dog we eventually paid her but wanted it noted that she did not have a refund policy and that she was not willing to resolve the issue. We are not here to damage anyone's business we came to her because we support small businesses but she should have some kind of refund policy publicly listed and it should have never gotten to this point. She also stated that if I made a formal complaint against her that she has my license number and would make a problem for us. That is a threat and should never have been said on her end as a business owner very unprofessional. I wish her the best of luck and will never return.

It's really hard to find groomers that work well with cats, but she's amazing. With other groomers my cat usually seems a bit traumatized after a session, but he's always so happy and playful after Frenchie.
