After she asked me what I thought of the haircut she didn't like my response. She cut my dog unevenly and left streaks and cut the tale horribly. We had to call the cops because she kept the dog we eventually paid her but wanted it noted that she did not have a refund policy and that she was not willing to resolve the issue. We are not here to damage anyone's business we came to her because we support small businesses but she should have some kind of refund policy publicly listed and it should have never gotten to this point. She also stated that if I made a formal complaint against her that she has my license number and would make a problem for us. That is a threat and should never have been said on her end as a business owner very unprofessional. I wish her the best of luck and will never return.

Listen Olga, all you had to say was what time was best for you. We left your card on your door. We won't be back and we will tell all of our pet parents to avoid you too. P.S. be kind it's free. They gave us back the fee but their price is 50% higher than the place we use now. The place we use now is just as nice and they don't try to add on extra fees for extra services. After being a client from the beginning when they opened they didn't seem to care about our loyalty. When we found out how much cheaper we could get the same or better care we switched. Best money we ever saved. They never even tried to get us back. We have also met other people that left them bringing their dogs to this place we use now.

It's really hard to find groomers that work well with cats, but she's amazing. With other groomers my cat usually seems a bit traumatized after a session, but he's always so happy and playful after Frenchie. My cat is a long hair domestic ...she gives him a thorough deshedding, cuts his coat down just enough, and a light shampoo\bath ...but Frenchie also has a great connection with animals I think. Always on time, always friendly and professional, always affordable. Highly Recommend!

I love that money is donated to local shelters when you purchase certain treats. There are many other items as well like clothes, toys etc... The staff is excellent. Every one of them are good at what they do and care about your baby. Terry the owner is such a caring person. You can tell she takes pride in her services and her beautiful shop. I have two Shi Tzu's. They are very different. My little boy is chill and my little girl is a handful. No other groomer was ever able to clip her face. Taylor never fails to make my Torvi (she's 2) look beautiful. Taylor has a way with Torvi that no one else had. Midge and others have groomed Ragnar, he looks fabulous as well. He's 6 so he cooperates. The kids get very excited when I tell them we are going to see Terry (owner). That makes me happy that they want to go. They come home smelling and looking fabulous. I also love that this business is Veteran owned and hires Veterans. You can't get any better than that. I've lived in Vero Beach for four years. I went through many groomers. Zoomies is the place that I will always bring my babies to for a spa day. The prices are very reasonable as well. If you are looking for a groomer, look no further. You will be happy with their skills and treatment of your baby.

Our dog hates baths and hates having her nails clipped, but Dawn has a gentle touch is always able to do a thorough job of this without traumatizing the dog. We bathe the dog at home too, which takes some effort to keep her calm, but we've had no luck with her nails -- she refuses to hold still for clippers or a grinder. Doggie Digs is especially convenient because they come to your house by appointment, the price is reasonable, and they've always been on time. We used to take our dog to Struttin' Pup in Lafayette, who are also very good, but they are now backlogged several months and it's impossible to get in there in a reasonable amount of time.
