My daughter paid for 50 chairs and had a specific date and time scheduled to pick them up. When she arrived, the business was closed. After I contacted them, we were told to come back because someone would be there. She drove 25 minutes back, and once again, the business was closed. She called several times but no one answered. I understand that BeDazzle's policy is that payments are non-refundable. However, because the business was closed during our scheduled pickup, the owner agreed to make an exception and refund the money. Unfortunately, we never received the refund.
