Yenmin was absolutely AMAZING! I did not expect to cry at all and the tears were FLOWINGGGGGG. She gave an option to do the ceremony in Spanish for my family and we did not expect that. Very professional and accommodating staff! The second Yenmin began to give the ceremony, I felt as if me and my husband were alone in the room getting ready to step into the next phase of our life. This experience was everything I could have imagined. Thank you so much!!!!

Very professional and fast! We wanted our wedding to be on our anniversary (Veterans day). They can come to you, or you can go to them. Now, we got married during the pandemic so it was very limited to what they can actually offer at their location. We brought in tripods to set up our phones to do a virtual wedding. I had Facebook live and my husband had zoom on his. This allowed all of our friends and family to attend from near and far. We got there at 1030am to set up and sign the documents. Then the ceremony started at 11am and finished at 11:11am! It did not take us 1 hour to get married, took us longer to set up than it did for the whole process lol. The BEST part is they do EVERYTHING that deals with paperwork for you! During covid, that meant everything because I didnt have to worry about going to file at the county, or deal with people. I know my sister-in-law got married at the same place and so did another colleague from work after we did.

As my husband and I drove back to our Airbnb after the ceremony, photos, and dinner, I kept saying, "This day was absolutely perfect. Everything went smoothly--great people, wonderful weather, a beautiful ceremony, and a stunning location." It truly exceeded all our expectations. Marie calmed my anxious, type-A mind and made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. She was the best choice we made for our elopement, and she ensured everything was exactly how we imagined. Her guidance and attention to detail made our day unforgettable!

The wedding party was present with our dresses and suits until 12:47 when the photographer came to get us to take us to Hidden Valley picnic area where the rest of the wedding party had been waiting since 12 also. The wedding was supposed to start at 1. We never saw the officiant at the dirt lot or in Joshua tree until 2:15. I haven't a clue where she was but she had the nerve to charge my son and wife an extra fee because "they" were late. We waited in the heat for over 2 hours. My 86 yr old mother passed out due to the heat. Fast forward to the license. Marie said she had to send it in....well she sent it in with a tear in the corner which was taped. The license then got rejected. My son had to go to the hall of records to get another copy then make an appt with Marie to get the new copy signed. She wouldn't make an appt until May 2- a month after the wedding. Once my son and daughter-in-law met with her, she was rude, unfriendly and never apologized for the inconvenience. I felt she was unprofessional throughout the whole experience. I'm sure she will have some excuse for charging us a late fee but as god is my witness, we were where we were supposed to be and at the venue and no one saw her until 2:15- 1.25 hours after the wedding was supposed to start.

Although…read moreHeather communicated very well, there were a couple of incidents that I found slightly unprofessional: 1. I signed a contract with one of her staff as my wedding planner. Unfortunately, from my understanding, there were unexpected changes in the company, so Heather had to take over. However, Heather responded that she would make an exception for me and not charge me an additional $1000 for this change. With all due respect, I should not be financially penalized for changes that an owner experiences; especially since I already signed the contract that I financially agreed to. 2. I encountered a lot of life changes that disrupted my ability to move forward with a wedding that my brothers were supposed to be in. For instance, I had a depressed, suicidal brother, I had another brother leave for Japan for the Marines, and I had an uncle pass away. All vendors except for Heather were so kind to fully refund my deposits due to the situation. Unfortunately, Heather responded that she was still a businesswoman and was financially hurting, so she was in no place to offer a full refund. I basically paid Heather almost $500 to establish a simple contract. I already had all the vendors in place and organized, so this deposit was for nothing. Heather should not be held responsible for unexpected circumstances, but this wedding meant a lot to me. As a business owner, you should be able to compromise with your clients based on their situation. I could have easily used that deposit to help my family for the funeral. I find this situation absurd because I never wanted a wedding planner to begin with. Our wedding list was only 32 guests, but my fiancé insisted that we hire a planner because he did not want me to stress out. I admire him for caring, but this wedding was going to be a private and intimate event with very little management. I blame myself for hiring a wedding planner when I did not need one. It is unfortunate that Heather was thinking like a businesswoman and not a human being with empathy. Nonetheless, please make sure to ask about the refund policy for emergencies such as death, health, etc. Two stars are for her communication, but I can only evaluate Heather based on my experience with her before the wedding date. Therefore, I am unable to provide feedback for her day service since my wedding never happened. Has it ever occurred to you, Heather, that you had not heard from me in a year because I was busy dealing with other important things like planning a funeral? My wedding was the last thing on my mind. Also, I was not complaining about the charge that never happened, I am complaining about your response to your changes. There was no need to comment on that you are more expensive and won't be charging me. We could have proceeded forward with whatever it was we were doing. You contacted ONE venue and that is because they had YOU sign a contract with them. FYI, my pre-engagement photos were scheduled with the photographer I hired for my wedding and I was still refunded the full amount. This vendor did not work for free either and still managed to prioritize customer service over money. You are a business owner and have the liberty to do as you please, but you must have needed the money more than I did, so I hope my contributions helped your business. Nonetheless, well done on your communication. If you have a family member with a life-threatening illness or you have a medical condition that may require potential hospitalization, please do not hire Heather as your wedding planner as she will not refund you the deposit because not make exceptions for your situation simply because she does not "work for free." Thank you.

I found Heather through Yelp and let me say: she really understood my vision and kept it real with me on what i could and couldn't afford lol. Her and her assistant, Courtney, handled E V E R Y T H I N G on the day of our wedding at the Estate on Second and then some. If there was any sort of problem, she had the solution. If we needed a drink, she was there with mine and my husband's signature cocktails. If I was losing track of time, she made sure to gently push me along. She truly handled everything so that me and my husband could just have FUN and for that I am truly grateful.

My husband and I have been together since January 10, 2016. After being engaged for two and a half years, we knew we wanted to get married on our 10-year anniversary, January 10, 2026. The only catch? We didn't start planning until December 2025... yes, terrible time management on our part! Originally, we planned to have just a ceremony - there was no way I thought I could plan a full wedding in one month. But that quickly changed, and somehow we ended up planning both a ceremony and reception in just a week and a half. Crazy, right? The reason? I completely fell in love with this place. It was the first venue we toured and the last. From the start, Brian worked his magic and made us feel 100% confident in our decision. They truly meant it when they say they take care of everything. Inez was absolutely amazing. She brought my vision to life beautifully. I simply shared my ideas and details, and she handled the rest flawlessly. The food was incredible (Enrique) . The photos (Steven) and video (Rocky) were stunning. Everything about the day felt magical, and I still can't stop thinking about it. Our family and friends were beyond impressed and are already talking about hosting future events here. I even joked that they shouldn't be surprised when I call to plan our baby shower here LOL! Thank you to the entire staff for making our day so memorable. If you had asked me months ago what I thought my wedding would look like, I never would have imagined this. I'm so incredibly happy. Thank you a million times over.

From the beginning, she made an effort to really get to know both me and my husband, and she was very open to including the personal elements that were important to us. She also offered thoughtful suggestions that helped shape a ceremony that felt very authentic and meaningful. During the ceremony, Mitzi spoke beautifully about our relationship--how we balance and complement each other, what we admire about one another, and the moments when we each realized we had found the right person. It was heartfelt and very touching. She has a deep understanding of Jewish traditions and was also happy to incorporate some Catholic elements. Since our guests came from a variety of religious backgrounds, she explained each prayer and tradition during the ceremony so everyone could understand and appreciate their significance. One particularly special moment was when we included the Mi Sheberach prayer for a sick relative. It made the ceremony feel even more personal, and Mitzi sang it so beautifully. Many of our guests commented afterward on how meaningful and lovely the ceremony was. We are so grateful for the care and thoughtfulness that went into making our wedding ceremony so memorable.
