I only just saw this response from the owner. The table clothes were returned by my sister. That is why this wasn't mentioned on return. I did not reach out right away because I was enjoying just getting married, not worrying about table clothes. In addition, no one ever answered the phone, that's why I sent an email. I'm not sure what you think I would gain from lying about this since I never received a discount. Very disappointing that you would not reply to my email or offer an apology here. Hired them just recently for a dinner party! I rented tables, chairs and wine glasses. They delivered everything the night before except the wine glasses. I hadn't noticed that. So I came across this business during the course of my job, and I saw all the beautiful items they had for party's from the window. WORST VENDOR EVER!!! Wedding planning is stressful and if you want your linen vendor going MIA on you, then please take your gamble on them. I met Ana and Josselyn (her sister-in-law) in Downtown LA near the fabric district whilst searching wedding themes/vendors/and honestly comparing prices. As you'll realize or have realized, wedding expenses will add up quickly! My mom and I ran into them and began making small talk with them. They mentioned having a business and since we were in a linen store, we exchanged numbers (so the store owner wouldn't feel they were taking customers away). I checked out their website and IG pics and I honestly liked them. We decided to make an appointment to see a setup. My mom and I drove to Diamond Bar (Ana's home) to see what they were about. The setup was gorgeous, it was very difficult to even consider another vendor at that point. We booked them right then an there (In January 2018 for wedding 08/04/18). Mind you, we didnt sign a contract. Ana took note of everything we wanted and said she'd send me the invoice/contract within the next few days. They did a floral arrangement too but they were out of our price point ($50 each for 35 tables was not in our budget). As we got close to our wedding date, I tried getting in contact with Ana but she only answered her phone once. She always declined my calls and texted if she could call me back, she never actually called me back though. I asked for the invoice a minimum of 5 times, but didn't get it till 2 days before the event. I'm sure she got annoyed with how many times I reached out, I simply needed a confirmation. I asked her to do the setup on Friday (day before wedding) because I didnt want any surprises. I called her on Wednesday evening (08/01/18) and again, she declined my call. My patience at this point was very thin but didnt want to show it. I asked her to call me back that same night. Finally, about 2 hrs later she did. I asked about the delivery and she said she would be able to and if she happened to get someone, it'd be $3.60 PER MILE. Uh.. my venue was 50 miles away from her (koreatown). Not once did they mention a delivery fee. Also, they were charging us $10 PER TABLE for setting up the linens. Just in delivery and set up it was $530, on top of the actual rental of the linens. How are they mentioning this a few days prior to the wedding? All the other vendors reached out to confirm the date, time, and if wanted to make any changes. On Thursday (08/02/18) I had to look for a new vendor. I called so many people, walked all of downtown LA in search of new linens and overlay. I had SO many other things to do that day but Ana and her lack of communication and professionalism led me to it. DO NOT BOOK THEM! I dont want any other bride to feel the stress and frustration I felt DAYS before our wedding. read more

I am a little late on reviewing this company, but i've been so busy after my wedding, so here we go. I called the company and spoke to the son Kobalsky. He worked with me from beginning to end, answered all my questions and even kept up with all my decision changes i kept making, even the day before the event when i changed the set up time on them, they still delivered. Showed up on time to set up and on time to clean up. I had my wedding in Fullerton, CA they showed up 1.5 hours before the time i booked them to check out the venue and to have enough time to set up. Then i only booked 50 chairs for the ceremony and measured wrong, there was a couple empty akward spots left open and being as awesome as they are, they brought extras ahead of time and filled in all the spacing without me having to ask! They were also very professional and sent me invoices right when they said they would, everything was always on time. I'll be honest i was a bit skeptical at first because their pricing was so good and i never saw reviews on them But i'm glad i trusted my gut. They honestly made my day so much easier not having to worry about setting up tables/chairs the day of my wedding. I'd definately use them again! read more
