    I was searching last minute for 10 round table clothes for a grad party and came across bedazzle events. Their prices were fair and she was super accommodating. I needed them for the next day and she had them readily available for me. Communication was great and the process to return them went smooth. I would definitely recommend their services for the future.

    Our school contacted Bedazzle My Events for a school function. From the beginning, Maram helped guide us to create the vision we were looking for. Bedazzle my events was very communicative and transparent with providing quotes every step of the way. I was provided information on exactly what to expect and a timeline on when deliveries would be made. Throughout our whole planning phase, I was beyond impressed on the level of communication and responses to any questions I had. On the day of, delivery showed up on time. The delivery people were very polite and clean and set up in a quick and efficient manner. The props and furniture rented were beautiful and in impeccable condition. Bedazzled my events truly transformed the school space and met every expectation. Pick up was a breeze as everyone showed up on time. I would definitely recommend Bedazzle My Events for any future use or anyone looking to hire a very reputable company. Thank you again.

    I used BeDazzle My Events for my wedding on 11-4-2023. I booked with Chad many months in advance and rented tables and chiavari chairs. Renting with him was a straight forward and easy process. I enjoyed browsing his website to see the different variety of rental items he had. I did my fair share of research and his prices were reasonable and comparable to others in the area. He took the time to give me quotes of what I needed. He was responsive and communicated well and quickly with me through email and phone. Payment was simple and straightforward. I checked in with him several days before my wedding to confirm delivery date and I needed to add a few more chairs due to last minute guest additions. Chad was so accommodating and kind and added the few chairs for me at no extra cost. I felt so relieved and thankful for his generosity and flexibility. He was able to deliver two days before my wedding which was convenient and did not add more stress to my plate. Delivery was on time. Pick up was on time. The two men who picked up the rentals were kind and helpful. Excellent customer service from this company all the way around. I would rent again from Chad for my future events. If you are looking for an easy process and someone you can trust and rely on to come through for you, rent from Chad.

We were actually looking for a day-of…read morecoordinator but after speaking with Heather, we realized that month-of would be more beneficial especially with vendor logistic/timing (plus WTW prices were reasonable). Heather saw us 2x before the big day: final venue walk through and our rehearsal day. She was super organized during those 2 days and helped guide us with our venue and corral our entire wedding party during the rehearsal. Heather also provided us with a day-of timeline, even for the hours she was not physically at the venue. On the wedding day, she arrived with Annaleise (team member) around 3pm and immediately got to work with the decor set up before our 6pm ceremony. All we had to do was hand over our room key and off they went! To be honest, we were so busy that day that if we didn't have Heather helping us out, I'm not sure how we could've accomplished what we needed to do. No amount of uncles and aunties could've done what WTW did in the same amount of time hah. Plus we had a cocktail hour "flip" during our ceremony, so having WTW help us during that time was crucial. At the end of the night, all our items were returned to vendors or packed away in the boxes we brought them in and stored in our room. During the month of, WTW used Google's suite to keep everything organized and documented, which I found very helpful since its a program that I am familiar with (vs learning a new program). And Heather also provides some rentals if you want to add more to your decor, which was also VERY helpful when we needed more candles and stands. Heather is professional, calm, and assertive. She knows what needs to be done to help make your day run smoothly and is a team player with the vendors and venue. For reference, our wedding was in Riverside, a church ceremony, 8 people in the wedding party, 120 guests, ~10 vendors, plated meals, and a hotel venue reception. We had a couple funky additions in the night which made the reception feel nontraditional, but Heather handled them like it was normal. We haven't received official pictures yet, but when we do, I hope to update this review so any new potential clients can see her magic. Thanks again!!

Due to a tight budget, I decided to plan all the pre-wedding details myself (which, while rewarding, was extremely exhausting -- I wouldn't necessarily recommend it!). However, I knew I would need a professional coordinator for the day of the wedding itself. Also, the Mission Inn Hotel has a preferred vendor list, and by choosing vendors from that list, we were able to avoid additional vendor fees. To be honest, I initially chose Ana because she was the most affordable option on their list. But after working with her, I realized she was absolutely essential to the success of our wedding day! Ana has many years of experience in the wedding industry and is incredibly knowledgeable about every step of the process -- she even holds a minister's license. On the day of the wedding, she flawlessly managed the timeline, handled unexpected issues with ease, and allowed us to fully enjoy every precious moment without stress. I can confidently say that without Ana's support, our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. As first-time bride and groom who had no prior experience with wedding planning, we wholeheartedly recommend Ana as your wedding coordinator. Whenever we thought of something that we thought was complicated, she would immediately have a solution that she could execute seamlessly. For things we didn't have much of an opinion on, Candice always knew what was best given our preferences, but always presented us with options just in case we wanted to go a different way. She kept us on track throughout the process, and when things got stressful for us closer to the date, she stepped in and took a lot off of our plate. Everything at the wedding went extremely smoothly. We had no stress, everything was taken care of. We were able to enjoy our wedding completely carefree. I usually keep a to do list of everything that needs to get done in life to make sure nothing slips through the cracks, even if its not something that I need to do. I tend to keep that list even when I'm fairly confident the other person will complete that task. With Candice, I felt comfortable not keeping that list, and just trusting she would take care of everything, which she did. But just the fact that I was able to get comfortable enough with Candice easy on to not keep that list was such a huge relief. Normally when I go to a wedding, I can identify the planner, but I tend to not have a strong opinion about the planner. Many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran with Candice and her team. She made a uniquely positive impression on our guests.

She itemized every item very clearly on an Excel, and had this program where she could illustrate how a bouquet or centerpiece would look like. It was like watching her creative process unfold right before my eyes. I told Dana my vision for a modern and elegant black and white wedding. She gave me the most dreamiest bouquet filled with all of my favorite flowers - blush peonies, cymbidium orchids, cala lillies, and much, much more. If only I could freeze the bouquet forever! Everything was so much more beautiful than I could ever have imagined, the centerpieces were the talk of town!!!!!
