Had no issues except delivery refusing to bring our order up a total of 3 steps. Yes 3. So we had to bring our ENTIRE order + over 100 chairs inside ourselves. Flash forward to our recent baby shower. Physically went to their showroom to pick out what we needed and make the order in person. Order was still wrong. We also did not receive our quote until days later when we were told we would get it that day. We had to reach out and ask for it (we think they forgot). Our delivery was scheduled for a Friday, on that Monday I received an email saying our linens that we picked out almost 8 weeks prior were suddenly not available. I needed under 15 tablecloths. This was a specific color so not sure how this happened or was not put on hold? Had to scramble and find a new rental company for those. Nightmare. On top of that, the glassware and silverware we received was FILTHY. About 90% of everything was water stained and rusted Unprofessional, rundown & unsanitary. Very disappointing.

She'll give you the low-down on what you'll need and can give you better suggestions than what you might already be thinking. If she doesn't have something that you want, she's more than likely going to know where you can find it. (#2) However, I find that email tends to work best with them. They have tents, tables, foldaway chairs, linens, dishware / china, umbrellas, helium tanks, chafing dishes, and all kinds of party favors. One thing I really appreciate is that they have platforms, like carpet runners, stanchions, and small stage for elevation. They have cotton candy / popcorn machines, and additional room dividers and partitions to help with the party layout. I appreciate that their prices are completely transparent on the website (#3) and self-pick up is free. Delivery is available for additional fees and they're not always on time. I would recommend getting in touch with them early and if delivery is the only way to go is to deliver at least 2 hours prior to event time. Most importantly, when we complained about the missing supplies, they LIED and staged a photo of the machines in their warehouse including the supplies saying "this is how we received them back". I sent back a photo of the items as they were received and they never responded or refunded us the money, even though we couldn't use them. I would NOT recommend using this company.

When I suggested she do exactly that, she was resistant. She also mentioned pricing in a way that felt oddly out of context, almost as if she was implying the balloons were expensive. When I pointed out that she seemed unwilling to help, her explanation was that it was St. Patrick's Day and she was surrounded by balloons. That's not a customer service response, that's an excuse.
