Unlike a party at a house, where often there is the need to bring an entertainer like a magician or a balloon twister, here the venue itself is the attraction. There are lots of inflatables for kids to bounce around and on both of my trips here, I observed the kids having a blast, with the adults also at ease because they can easily keep an eye on their kid. At our daughter's party, we did observe some of the adults take part in bouncing/ jumping around as well. It is, after all, fun to try going down some of the large slides and at an earlier party - not that of our daughter - I know I joined in too. The staff members assigned to the event happily provide direction. In particular at our party, we had a girl - Sophia - who was very nice and helpful. As parents, we had to do very little work. We basically showed up at 4:45 p.m. for our daughter's party starting at 5:00 p.m. The venue organizes everything - food, party favors, etc. They make it convenient for guests to leave their presents and then at the end of the party, load those presents into our cars. If there's a downside, it is that of price. The base pricing isn't terrible but it is the add-ons that are unnecessarily pricey. If you add a large pizza for adults, that costs $17. $17 for a plain cheese pizza is way too much. Likewise, adding a bottle of Coke is $5 and that's too much. In the future, I would be hesitant to adding those items.

I'm not going to punish my child for someone being a horrific human so I spent the ridiculous $2 (which was cash or Venmo only) and let my kid still attend his friend's party. Not sure what happened to the owner that he has to act so ugly but I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment like it's the plague! Also the Exton BounceU is bigger, cleaner and the staff are so much nicer!! The owner stated the sock rule for adults is due to sanitary reasons but if that were true, why not offer socks to non-jumpers for free? It's because you're just trying to make more money off of people.

And after we had our wedding, our guest did nothing but rave about how fun, unique and perfect the reception was. But just having a reception at RTM is not what I'd recommend it. It was so much more. It was having the incredible variety of foods - we had cheesesteaks, DiNic's roast pork, Chinese food, a salad bar, poutine and corn dogs, grilled cheese from Meltkraft, the list goes on. It was having a historic and unique setting that was transformed into a beautiful evening even with string lights, candles, table clothes, decorations and provided an ambiance it'd be impossible to replicate anywhere else. It was the servers who attended to our guests every need, kept the party going, the room clean and the people happy. It was every little touch that the planning team executed perfectly for us, that all happened without us realizing it, without any reminders or questions. The planning team at All About Events were the true heroes of the night - and in fact, the whole planning process. We met with them about 15 months before our wedding, and Christina, Stevie and Liam made sure that everything was easy, fun and exciting. Christina's emails to us were always clear and thorough, addressing every little question I had asked, and pointing out tiny things I never would have thought of. Stevie's communication with our vendors was so appreciated, including our Mummers and DJ! And every time we met with them, the meetings were exciting, joyful. Their personalities and kindness and caring for us and our events just SHONE. We could not recommend RTM and AAE more. They are a truly wonderful team, and a gem in the Philadelphia wedding scene. From start to finish, they were calm, organized, professional, and genuinely kind--exactly what every bride needs on her big day. They also created our sweetheart table and centerpieces, and everything looked beautiful. The décor was exactly what I envisioned--elegant, simple, and just the right size and style. Even my mom couldn't stop talking about how perfect it all was! What really stood out, though, was how smoothly everything ran. When delays came up at the church, they kept things on time and stress-free. Multiple vendors--even the photographer!--told me how much they loved working with GBH. I truly don't think the day would've gone as beautifully as it did without them. I'll be recommending GBH Aesthetics to every couple I know (especially for weddings coming up in November and March)! I am at the point where everytime i think about our wedding day i regret where it was done and if i could have reversed time and picked somewhere else, or even gone to the courthouse like we originally planned we would have been happier. getting in contact with your planner is so hard, it would take days to respond. we didnt even get to pick our cake flavor or anything like that until two days before (which they got wrong, we asked for chocolate and got vanilla). thats not even the part where im upset, we spent an EXTRA 300$ on a wedding video. after our wedding we received an email stating that we should be getting it in a few days. a week passed by and nothing, i emailed them and waited another week for a response and found out that they LOST OUR WEDDING VIDEO and is looking for it. my husband then emailed but with no response. another week went by and i texted them and was left in read for about 1-2 days before they told me that they figured out the problem on the technical side but no luck on our video, we should be getting a refund in about 10 days. it has been OVER 10 ten days and we have received nothing so i have texted them AGAIN and got left on read, which lead to another text a week later and still left on read and ignored. its sad to see this company more active on instagram than their clients. im grateful for the beautiful day i got with my friends and family, but i wish we picked somewhere else. i am heartbroken. we have no way to look back on our special day except with iphone pictures my friends and family took. we had a friend record the whole wedding and told him we didnt need it because we were getting a professional one done, so he deleted it. we understand they are very busy people, but when you screw up so bad like losing a whole wedding video you should be a little more caring than you are. reading these reviews have showed us that we have been treated worlds differently than other couples, unfortunately not in a good way. thank you elegant celebrations, for making our day definitely something we wont forget.
