It was kind of hard to find, so I had to call the front desk to make sure I was at the right place. - Wear comfortable gym clothes. A supportive sports bra and preferably leggings are recommended because you will be on the floor a lot. - Hydration!!! This class will have you sweating. As for the studio itself, it was very clean and cute. They have some clothes you can buy if you ever forget something. Lastly, the instructor, Luiza, was incredible. She was extremely friendly and had high energy. She corrected my form a couple of times, which I appreciate because it means she cares for your journey. She was perfect for anybody first starting. After being a member for over a year, I ended up cancelling my membership tonight because of an interaction at the front desk that honestly left a bad impression. There's a new front desk interesting looking girl I had never seen before who clearly didn't seem familiar with how the studio normally operates. I don't pay for a monthly membership and drive 30 minutes to class almost every day just to be left sitting there until after class had already started before being let in off the waitlist despite being first in line. My attendance history clearly shows I'm never late , more than usual sign up early , and never no-show my classes, so the whole interaction felt unnecessary and awkward especially with her just looking at me rather than accommodating or welcoming. Fix your face girl. Lastly, Ani is the only trainer I've ever had an issue with there. The last class I ever took with her , I paused to stretch (after sleeping in a bad position the night before) and she came up to me with an unnecessary attitude saying, "This isn't a stretching class." That interaction alone made me avoid taking her classes again and just avoid greeting her in the hallway. Aside from that, and Nikki who occasionally has an attitude , everyone else was always amazing. Prior to that, my attendance had repeatedly been changed to "missed" despite attending the class, resulting in them maliciously charging me a no show fee. I also experienced attempts to have my Yelp review removed after posting screenshots documenting the timeline and responses. At this point, the handling of customer feedback has become more concerning than the class experience itself. For transparency, my original concerns remain the same: - The class description did not clearly state it was structured as a split between reformer and Cadillac - The class itself lacked challenge and flow - I experienced repeated interruptions during the session regarding a phone that was not recording - The public responses to feedback were defensive and unprofessional I have retained screenshots documenting the attendance changes, review removals, and communication with ClassPass support. Overall, while the studio itself has potential aesthetically, the professionalism, customer service, and handling of feedback were extremely disappointing.
