They've created a space with a unique energy--walking in, you instantly feel safe and at home. I just finished a "Jump Class," and what a workout it was! It challenged me in ways I never expected, leaving me feeling stronger and more energized. The class was led by Jeannine, the owner, who has mastered the art of motivating and supporting her clients. I have been attending classes at Piilates One for a couple of years now, and it has completely transformed my fitness routine. The instructors are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive and attentive. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, with a calming atmosphere that makes every workout something to look forward to. I recently was injured from a surgery and the instructors have been very patient, helpful and understanding as I navigate this situation. You haven't done Pilates until you've been to Pilates One. As someone that's particular about this, I was so happy to find a reformer studio in Miami I love. The space is absolutely beautiful and it transports you to a peaceful place. The instructors are the best and it's the all around full experience. Kristy has been my go-to girl but my friend Bianca started teaching here and I now alternate between the two. I love this space and the technique. I highly recommend this studio. Thanks to Class Pass I have really been exploring new workouts and Pilates is one that I love lots. Pilates One is a great, challenging workout in a beautiful zen space. After trying out a few different studios - I realize that not all studios are created equal. More classic studios have you feeling great, but sometimes aren't as challenging I have noticed. Pilates One offers both- I find myself leaving the classes feeling both stretched and strengthened. I have taken two classes here - one with a sub, and one with Jaqueline. I loved them both. Parking is convenient on the street, and the studio is super clean. They also offer reformer/cardio classes - will definitely have to try that one. read more

I can honestly say I love every instructor, every class; it's always different, but fun and challenging in a good way. The atmosphere itself is so light, beautiful, and welcoming. I started Pilates at PILATESONE about a year and 1/2 ago. My sole purpose was for relief of back pain. I began taking 3 days a week classes, worked great. Then PILATESONE moved, I moved with PILATESONE and began taking more classes. One day, A very young and motivated instructor by the name of, ANASTASIA showed up. Wow, not only was I motivated to take more classes but I began to see a real changes in my body. I lost 10 lbs and not so much in weight but inches off my body. When you walk into this place there's normally someone sitting behind a computer off to the side, but unless you are new and don't seem to know where to go she probably won't greet you. Which surprises me, because it's such a nice studio with really friendly instructors and a great vibe. I normally take the reformer classes. The classes vary based on instructors but they normally start off on your back to get your legs warmed up and then later on you use other parts of the machine for arms, abs, etc. Their reformers have a lot of different functionalities and I really like when we use the pulls in the back of the machines as it's a little different from other classes. I enjoy doing jump board at this studio as well. One time I tried one of the classes that was part cardio in the other room. It was a good workout but I wasn't a big fan of using the climber in just my toe socks. Most of the instructors are awesome. I especially love Dani and Jessica's classes. There was one instructor who I found to be a little bossy and then one day she just didn't show up to her class. After 10 minutes or so another instructor filled in while she could but had to cut class short as she had a private client. Pilates One was great about it and credited me an extra class. I haven't seen that instructor on the schedule since. I really appreciated how proactive the studio was with making it up to me for my shortened class. Like I said they are super friendly which is why I don't get why I'm not always greeted when I come to class. read more

I just have to say that I have been at Pilates One for almost a year now (YAY!) and I absolutely love it. I've never found a workout I love so much and I also love how clean everything is, how beautiful the studio is and how absolutely amazing the instructors are. First - Jackie (Jacqueline). She's my favorite class to take on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and really makes sure you're doing things in perfect form. She helps you and encourages you to do your best and her classes are some of my faves! I've seen my body change so much and I'm sure so much is attributed to her class. Pattersen not only makes you want to get out of bed in the morning but makes your time worthwhile. She's tough but in the BEST way possible and I always thank myself for going to class after. Trust me, you'll thank yourself too. Her classes are hard, fun and lively. Another must. Dani is one of the funniest of them all. She makes you sweat hard but also laugh hard. If you want your abs and butt to hurt on a Sunday, take her circuit class - it's no joke. I love Dani! She was one of the first instructors I ever took and she's one of the ones who made me start to love Pilates so much. Overall, you have to try Pilates One. It's worth every second of your time. Such a disappointing experience. I came in as a new student expecting to love the place. Jeannine, the owner, barely asked for my name when I came in. It was weird at first that she did not ask about injuries or if I had any prior pilates experience. Class was SO disorganized, everyone was doing different things and she barely even cared to look around to direct her students. Even the more advanced students were clearly struggling with form, which I quickly noticed as a beginner. Pilates can cause serious injuries, and Jeannine's lack of attentiveness and care could honestly turn into something worse. I was looking for a nice welcoming community that would make me come back, this one did the complete opposite. As soon as I left I was already looking for other studios to try out. read more

Jeannine is always innovative, creating new classes and reinventing the studio. She knows how to hire her teachers, they are ALL GREAT! The teachers are focused, and very empathetic to your individual progress and needs. The space is ample, comforting and very peaceful. Overall an excellent choice for a "reasonable" Pilates studio. All of the instructors are very personable and engaging. In terms of hands on supervision there could be more attention to correcting and assisting students. You realize the difference once you take a class with Jeannine or Tara. The classes fill up and that is aggravating at prime time in the morning. It would be great if they offered more classes or got more space. If you are a beginner I would suggest Sanctuary 7 and Nicole. It is expensive but totally worth it. read more
