We were able to schedule our roof replacement when we wanted to get it done and the job was completed in just two days. We were impressed that it was such a quick and smooth process. After our roof was done, our gutters just took one day to replace.. so in total, it only took 3 days to get a brand new roof and gutters! Also, throughout the entire process, Elijah (the project manager?) kept us updated on how things were going and was also easily reachable for any questions we had. We appreciated the good communication! My only minor "complaint" would be that the cleanup after the job being done wasn't 100%. There were a few scraps and caution tape leftover from the roof job, and then a large ladder was left from the gutter job. Sales person came out for review to make an assessment on what would be involved. In the conversation they offered to clean the roof, I told them there's a lot of moss up there and they said they could easily do that. Oh they cleaned something, just not the whole roof. They got the entire north side of my house covered in caked on globs of dirt. This included everything around there like my A/C exterior fan unit, my trash bins, my shed, my storage lockers and my deck boxes. They left a hose, my hose, on the roof and running all night long until my wife spotted it the next morning. My front hose was also used, I know this because instant of rolling it back up using the roll they just left it all piled up at the corner of my house. Now told them about this, and the person who responds just always says they'll get in touch with their "experts" and let me know. Eventually they came back to finish cleaning the roof and clean up the mess on the side of the house. They came and went then I got home and checked, looked like they took about two seconds to clean some of the side but ran off to their next project. It was in no way clean or even in the condition it was in prior to their work. As for the roof being cleaned and moss control applied, I can't get all the way up on the 2nd floor roof to know but my HVAC company came out to do some other work related to "Smokey cedar smell in air ducts, & they climbed up to the 2x!: floor and took photos. There was no moss control applied on the 2nd floor roof and miss was growing everywhere on the west back side, yes this was the very next day after M&H came. Cleaning and moss control were services we agreed M&H would do.m, but they clearly didn't yet still charged me for it. Oh and that donkey cedar smell? Sawdust in the HVAC exhaust line from roof & vent repairs. So basically the roofing company offered a series of services they never fully executed. I had to hire a different company to complete the gutter work and re-clean the lower & upper roofs and apply moss control up on the 2nd roof. Then I had to clean out my HVAC vents, and I had to wash and scrub the exterior of my house. How are they still in business is beyond me.

Orca was NOT the cheapest option nor the most expensive option, they ended up being middle of the road. I decided to go with them because Chris was VERY THOROUGH and explained EVERYTHING to me. The crew came out and knocked it out of the park, literally took them 2.5 days and it was done. This was back in June 2025, we are currently in the heart of winter and have had some serious rainy days and EVERYTHING's been GREAT, NO LEAKS, NO ISSUES! Fast forward to February 2026, I was so impressed by their service and workmanship I called them when the roof at my own house started to leak. (The leak was NOT because of age but the shotty workmanship from our builder Connor Homes.) I spoke to Chris again and he set me up with Peter. In order to get a neutral person to give me an honest opinion, I inquired my realtor friend who recommended me WIN Home Inspection. There are a few WIN home inspectors in this area. After reviewing all the reviews and inspectors' websites, I decided to call Erik for a price. After talking over the phone with Erik about my current needs, Erik offered me a few different service packages for me to choose which would work best for me based on my budget. My house is already 35 years old without any renovation, it might be a good idea to do the entire inspection to see what we should update. After some thoughts, I decided to go for the complete inspection package, which turned out to be one of my best decisions. Erik came to my house on a Saturday morning, and he spent at least 6 hours inspecting my house and talking to me to find out my concerns. When he found something concerning, he also notified me on the spot and explained to me. The value of the complete home inspection turned out to be a great deal because he did inspect everything, including tiny things I didn't even expect. A few days later, Erik emailed me a home inspection report which consisted of 62 pages.
