When I explained that the entire experience was booked to be a full spa day--not separate services--the receptionist responded by saying that since we were now within the 6-hour cancellation window, they would "have to cover the cost" of the cancellation. This came off as a guilt trip rather than professional customer service. To make matters worse, no one even offered to help me reschedule the full service at a later date. The entire experience felt disorganized, impersonal, and disappointing--especially considering the occasion it was meant to celebrate. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I would not recommend it to others looking for a reliable or considerate spa experience.
