Over the years have had a hit or miss satisfaction rate at various massage establishments. I love, no I need a good massage at least once a month. (Who doesnt?) Started going to the Canton spa a couple of years back and have been lucky with some good therapists but it seems when somebody is good word gets around and before you know it they are booked out. It happened to me and I luckily ended up with H**** who was transitioning from Bridgewater to Canton. Well what a fortunate break that was as she is the most awesome of sauces. What I like is her creativeness always changing up but always on point and she is intuitive. Has a good feel. When I'm done I cant get off the table! What better trait is there for a masseuse? She has now gone back to Bridgewater and what do you know I followed her back like the puppy I am. It's really only a 10 minute additional drive which is not even a Grateful Dead tune! I told them that I would put in a good word as I have been so pleased and here it is. The girls at the desk are very nice, the place has lots of parking, is super clean and has a nice waiting room and on the table the music isn't even half bad. I suppose I am risking H getting super busy but I've figured out the game, book way, way in advance lol. Cant wait till my next session!! read more

Our 745 appointment tonight was confirmed the other day. We drove a half hour to come to our couples massage only to find the place dark and closed. The least they could have done was call us to cancel so we didn't have to drive there. Really beside myself with this experience. read more

Bought a gift certificate for my wife's birthday. When we arrived for the massage, we were told the assigned therapist would be an additional cost because she was a more senior masseuse. If I declined to pay the additional fee, I would have had to pay a cancellation fee since no other therapists were available. Since I was there with my wife for her birthday, I felt I had no choice but to pay the additional fee. I had already paid a lot for the massage and added CBD oil as well. I felt like I was set up and forced to pay the extra cost. I'm not cheap by any means, and would pay anything for my wife, but this was just not right and bad business in my book. I will not be back here again, and will share the story with anyone who asks about my experience at Elements. read more

Just left this place and I am very pleased with my full body massage by Winny! The girls at the desk are very pleasant, atmosphere was peaceful. Winny was very professional and I was comfortable with being able to tell her to go lighter on the pressure when necessary but she regularly checks in asking how the pressure feels. My name is Amanda, and I'm addicted to Sue's massages! I am a horseback rider as well as a correction officer. When I first started going to Elements I was using Jackie as a therapist (who is also PHENOMENAL by the way. My schedule just doesn't sink up with hers as often anymore. I still try to get in with her every so often! s She's another miracle worker and must have used a magic wand on my shoulder! The knot used to feel like a giant rock under my shoulder blade. Made turning my head while driving a nightmare! She saved me so much pain. I always look forward to sessions with her. :) I began using Sue somewhere around a year ago now. I usually try to get in for a session once or twice a month. I have yet to have a poor experience here. I have some seriously nasty knots I get in my neck and shoulder. I couldn't even turn my head! I feel so many miles better now than I did. Sue has also done some AMAZING work on my hips and feet. I can't say enough about how wonderful Sue and Jackie are as therapists. I have been going to the Bridgewater elements for a few months now. I have started going weekly. I have seen many different therapists because I like to try different ones and I couldn't pick a favorite if I tried. Every single one is extremely good at what they do, they are very professional and knowledgeable and you can tell they love there job. Before I started going I had chronic neck pain that made everything difficult but since I started going I feel like a new person I wish I started years ago. This location is extremely clean and relaxing and I highly recommend them. read more

just had my 2nd massage here last night with Alicia. (i wanted to wait until my second one to do the yelp review) My first one was 60mins and incredible. The second one was 90mins and THE best massage I've ever had! The facility is spotlessly clean and the whole staff is very professional and friendly and they match you up with the right therapist based on your needs and the kind of pressure you need/like. I like and need a lot of pressure so they paired me up with Alicia and she is amazing; very conscientious about making sure you are covered up during the massage and gave me the deep tissue massage i needed! I have lots of issues and kinks to work out (and discovered some kinks i didnt even realize i had) so i'm seeing her every two weeks for the first month or so to really work some stuff out. I'm really bad at keeping up with my massages on a regular basis so I joined the Monthly Wellness Program that offers you a discounted price on massages; just what I need to keep me on track to get my monthly massages. I've been to many massage places over the years and if you're rating this place anything less than 5 star then you are either not articulating what type of massage you want, don't understand the therapeutic nature of massage or you're just plain bananas LOL. If there was a 6th star I'd give it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 1/18/18 sorry to say I need to amend this review down to a four star from a five star because as I continued with my "Wellness Membership" my appointments were constantly being cancelled or rescheduled. I like to stick with ONE therapist because they get to know all your tough spots that need work and we set up a plan of action together but after the third reschedule I switched to someone else then I showed up and she was out sick so they paired me with yet another therapist who turned out to be AMAZEBALLS (shoot I forget her name) so I got two incredible massages by her but it was too late I was already disenchanted with this franchise so I cancelled my membership. It's too bad because they are THE BEST massage therapists and front desk staff around (all very professional and super nice) but for the Wellness Program you make a physical and monetary commitment to monthly massages but I felt that the therapists just can't seem keep that same commitment to the client. read more

Well, things are definitely different. It's very nice to be back for a massage. Elements is doing everything correct to keep everyone safe and healthy and relaxed. The massage therapists still are able to do there job in helping relieve muscle tension. The experience will not be the same as before COVID until they can do the massage w/o gloves tho. Did NOT expect that. Wearing a mask was totally fine but not the gloves! You can hear them by your neck area and it feels bumpy not smooth at all. I just tried to think abt how the massage was actually relaxing the muscles and concentrate on that aspect as much as possible, and that this is "safe" read more

My first trip was amazing! I knew I needed to get a massage and it was one of my goals for 2016 so I decided to go with a girl friend for a girls day. When I called, the receptionist was polite and asked what level of pressure we'd need/want. I asked for a little more due to some back issues and tight muscles from my workout routine and got scheduled with Brian. I'm not going to lie, I was a little nervous with a male therapist at first, but in the end it was perfect! Brian was extremely polite, explained things as he went, answered questions I asked and got the kinks out of my back. He convinced me that this was something I needed routinely, which I knew, and signed up for the Wellness Package. The management here is horrible! They have no idea what customer service means! The desk staff is inadequately trained and consistently make appointment mistakes. What's worse than that they never try to make it right! When they make mistakes their response is "oh well" "sorry" no compensation made to customer. They all need to take some business courses! When I cancelled my membership I couldn't believe their attitude! They couldn't careless! I feel bad for the therapists that work there! They are really good and they work for a horribly run facility! Go somewhere else! read more

Most of the therapists I've had have been great. However, they make getting an appointment nearly impossible. We are paying members and need to use sessions we have on the books but there is NEVER availability. Unfortunately it isn't always convenient to book session over a month in advance. This location makes it very difficult to use sessions that have already been paid for so keep that in mind if joining their membership. read more

I love Elements professionalism and masseuses, however I can never get an appointment. They book at least two weeks out and even though I know my work schedule for a well, they can never seem to have anything available. Never was like this before. Hanover always seems to have appts within 2 days and it's really frustrating because I have 4 gift card s to use but can't seem to use them since Hanover and Bridgewater aren't affiliated. I saw Sue for a 55-minute massage. I just moved to the area, so finding a good masseuse who you want to stick with can be a long process, especially if, like me, you have certain therapeutic needs. Sue was amazing. I'm so glad that I stopped in when I did. I was having some back pain, and I decided that I'd just call in the off-chance there was a same day appointment. (There was.) Sue was very patient and took the time to thoroughly read my intake papers, and as the massage began, she was both incredibly calming and incredibly aware of my body's responses. I told her that I'm used to really deep massages, and she listened, digging in to get at the root of some of my issues while simultaneously recognizing when I was having trouble "breathing through" some of her techniques. I am beyond frustrated right now with our justice system. I had to take Elements Massage of Bridgewater to court for service unrendered and instead of giving me my money back they wanted to give me gift cards and were so nasty and rude about it. They lied in court to win the case. If anyone goes there and can help it you should stop going, the owner Rosemary Mclauglin chose to better her own wallet then to be a business owner where you don't screw the customers to profit yourself. Elements at Bridgwater is a great place. The office staff is very warm and welcoming when you come in and are there to make sure you have a relaxing session. I had a few sessions with different massage therapist (Sue, Jackie, Brittany) and they were all great and had different styles. I see Brittany now on a regular basis and she is amazing. She takes the time to really find and get at the trouble areas. She takes notes at the end of the session so next time she knows what to tackle. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Their wellness program is also a great plan. Its not expensive when you think about how much your phone plan and other things cost. My husband and I were clients for 5 1/2 years. He was lucky enough to have Brittany who is absolutely fantastic. She is their busiest massuese. I was not so lucky. I had a great one until she went to a chiropractor's office. The turnover at this office has been crazy the last 2 years as well as their customer service. Seems like ever since they got the general manager Gaby, customers and their needs just do not matter. She just wants your money. They cancelled our appointments saying that one of the masseusses called out only to find out she asked them not to come in because she did not want to pay then for the extra day. Gaby or Matt would know ahead of time that they needed to cancel our appointment for some reason and would wait until last minute. By last minute, I mean I was literally walking out the door to go there and I live 5 minutes away. They would purposely not answer the phone if they knew it was us so I had to call from other numbers just to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I mean seriously. What kind of business treats their customers like that? Done with her childish games. Cancelled my membership and moving on. Taking my business to one that wants it. The only one missing out is Brittany because she lost a loyal client. If the owner of that place knew what was good for them, they would replace Gaby before they lose too many more clients and workers. read more

Moved to the area and was looking for a new massage place. Found a great deal on groupon here so decided to try it out. The lady didn't give me a full body massage. It was strictly a back massage and not a very good one. The first half hour was fine and then she discovered this knot which she claimed she needed to get out. The second half of the massage was excruciating! She dug her fingers into one spot for legit 30 minutes. This knot wasn't even bothering me before the massage but I left more sore than before I arrived. The next day was very unpleasant...it felt like my back muscle had been bruised and battered in that one spot. I even told her that it was ok if she couldn't get the knot out and could move on but she insisted that she keep working on it. I know that deep tissue massages can be somewhat painful but that was unnecessary to only work on one spot when I purchased a full body massage. read more
