For starters Edison's hands are rough and feel like sand paper on my skin. He did not massage my neck or back - he used hot stones with a sheet over me to begin. He did not even massage my legs at all. just skipped over that. He applied a exfoliant product that was harsh and dry to my feet and rubbed it in so hard to the tops of my feet rather the bottom. It was painful and my feet hurt for hours from the friction. I was disgusted in my session from beginning to end.

When I told the manager I've never been charged a cancellation fee before she said that the policy had changed. I then told her that was off because I didn't receive any information about a new cancellation policy via email or text when I confirmed my appointment. She then stated they have been telling people as they come in for service. When I told her I thought that was unfair considering they messaged me 4 times to confirm my appointment but neglected to post the cancellation policy any where in our texts, emails and not even the last time I came in for a wax at this location. She then changed her story and stated oh we usually send out the cancellation policy when you confirm your appointment. Which I then told her I have not received. I appreciate that they were able to waive my cancellation fee but I find it very predatory as business to instate new fees and not inform regular and/or new clients. And makes me suspicious if this was just a scam since no updates on the website about cancellations. Great waxxers at this location but whatever manager was working 09/12/24 terrible customer service. Definitely will be visiting a new location.

I liked that the massage was on time and they use foot covers before walking into the massage rooms. I was given a bottle of water and ear plugs to tune out from the game room next door. Thankfully I didn't need it. Sandy, my masseuse today was excellent. She recognized how tight I was and gave me the best therapeutic massage ever. The pressure was amazingly great. I did ask for a deep tissue massage. Whatever Sandy did today, relieved the pain in my calf and fixed plantar. The massage was purely magic, I was in pain when I entered and the pain simply dissipated in that 60 min massage. I was given another bottled water at the end of the massage. Sandy also explained what was going and how she fixed it. I am definitely going back, hopefully for some relaxation massage and not for under painful circumstances.
