I've seen her twice now (a 60min and then a 2hr and I scheduled another 2hr) I can't recommend her enough for those that are into trigger point and discovery work about where all your knots or concerns might be. I got a massage and a facial both in the same day as a new customer. Staff was friendly and easy to work with! Since my massage wa for the 60min time and I requested more muscle work he focused exactly on the areas I needed rather than wasting time working on the whole body. I know some places that you say "focus on my shoulders" and they barely give it a few extra minutes of attention. The facial was nice as well, no additives all natural products. Worst massage I have ever had. I had Bella as my massage therapist and I absolutely didn't enjoy a single minute. I felt like I had an inexperienced person massaging me because she was so random and never did nice relaxing strokes and did not seem to be at all therapeutic or helpful to the areas I needed. I had to tell her to lighten up repeatedly and I swear she needs to be rated higher than a 3 because I was in so much pain the entire time. It wasn't relaxing like it should have been. She basically would just stab me with her fingers repeatedly and was rubbing way to fast. I had bruises when I left and will never see this lady again. I hated this experience so much. read more

Today is my birthday and I wanted a facial and massage. However management wants me to stand at the front fulling out paperwork for 10 minutes of my appointment time! REALLY? Let me enjoy my day. I have been a member for over 10 years and I will never use this location again! Nothing changes, why? Don't really want to hear their reasoning. Beware of the management, she is RUDE. When I said just cancel my time, I'm not paying to fill out paperwork work she said, I'll have to charge you for a late cancellation. This place is not about clients at all clearly. You keep that cancellation you just lost the business of somebody and I will make sure everybody knows good luck with your business here. Massages adequate although did not concentrate on my areas of concern. Even with a 'Master' Therapist. Was charged additional fee for the 'Master' that was not effectively disclosed before or during the billing cycle, they just put in on my account, resulting in a final additional charge when I terminated. Watch out for the membership. They charge regardless of your attendance (fair I suppose) and when you do terminate, charge you a fee of $119 just for cancelling their service. The management has little or no flexibility in billing practices, nor concern as they said I should have checked the fine print. Be aware of this management style and not book or join this membership. You will regret this very expensive experience. I will laud the on-site staff for trying to help and the therapist was quite friendly, but I cannot recommend this location. read more

Worst massage I've ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. I went for a 1 hour prenatal massage on a gift card I received for Christmas. The only thing they had for prenatal positioning was a crappy, flat body pillow so I had to spend my entire massage laying on my side. News flash: laying on your side while pregnant is NOT that comfortable and unfortunately that's really my only option of how to lay at home. I was so looking forward to laying in my stomach for a little bit. Every prenatal massage I've had before this one had a special "prego pillow" that had a big circle cut out for your belly so you can still lay face down. To make matters worse, the therapist seemed like she didn't have any massage training at all. I felt like I was just being rubbed by my mom.... no real therapeutic knowledge. She just kept asking (in a loud, nasally voice) "am I doing ok?". No lady, your not doing ok. By the end of it, my shoulder was actually more sore from laying in it for half the massage. I think I'm actually more stressed and pissed of now than I was before this massage. If you are pregnant and looking for a prenatal massage, I would NOT recommend this location at all. Thank goodness I didn't actually have to pay anything for that sorry excuse for a "professional" massage! read more

I literally just left and thought how I should write a review. I love this place. Today was my second visit and it was as great as the first. My therapist both times was Jen and she is/was fantastic! She listens to your needs and makes you feel so important. She has perfect pressure and asks how you're feeling. The office staff is just as great! I've spoken with three people in the front, Kathy, Robin and Megan. They're all so sweet, kind and make you feel so welcome from the moment you walked in. Tried Elements after a mediocre experience at another chain, and liked this much better. For starters, they have actual availability and you can book online pretty easily. The lobby is clean and bright. Every person I interacted with was professional and so nice and welcoming. Jean did great with my massage and it was a very relaxing experience overall! I've been a member for almost 4 years now. Elements Centennial has always been good, and is now even better under Michele's ownership. Here are my pros / cons: PROs - The remodel was much needed, and they did a great job! - Excellent massage therapists with a variety of skills - Better extras (tea, water, epsom salts) - Better front desk staff - Better addressing of customer needs - Very flexible with allowing use of credits for friends / family CONs - {This is the BIG one, and reason for the review} The therapist talk WAY, WAY, WAY, WAY too much, especially as they get to know you. I now have WAY more detail on their office and family dynamics than I ever need (drama, drama!). And one even asked me mid-massage "seen any good movies lately?" This completely takes away from the relaxation I look for in a massage. The staff needs to be trained to not talk unless spoken to... I know this sounds mean & insensitive, but I have trouble not responding once they start. Please just let me relax. I don't want to feel guilty about not listening to your troubles... which I do. - Therapist sometimes don't listen to your requests and just do their same old routine. (ex: Focusing on the back when asked to focus on legs) - Too much upsell lately with the Himalayan salt stones / aromatherapy - Inconsistent service at front desk. - Inconsistent amenities (water, hot water for tea, music) Please know that despite the number of words above (ironic), the goods way outweigh the bad. I went to Elements Centennial for the first time in 2014, as a friend bought me a gift card for my birthday. Everything was great, from the booking, to the check-in, to the massage itself. I decided then and there to become a member, and haven't regretted it one bit! The booking is super easy (either online or on the phone), front office staff are very welcoming, the waiting area is relaxing, and I always leave feeling refreshed and revitalized. I was having shoulder pain. It'd been getting worse. I scheduled a massage here for that. While it was a fairly painful session, the shoulder was much better. I got my massage in Arvada. However the centennial location is also to blame for my terrible experience. After I got out of my massage I was told that my gift certificate would not work. The girl at the front desk never spoke to me about this when I scheduled the appointment and mentioned that I was going to use a gift card. She seemed frazzled and like she did not know what to do she contacted the centennial location where the card was purchased and told them the situation and they said they could not help and when I contacted them on the phone, Kristin the manager was extremely rude to me and said it was completely out of her control and she could do nothing. The cherry on top here is that my mother who got the gift card told me that she checked twice with centennial when it was purchased and was told that I could use my gift card at any location. Additionally my massage was cut 10 minutes short we started at 10 after and ended promptly at 11. After discussing this for 30 minutes post massage when I was supposed to be feeling relaxed it was finally resolved by the manager in Arvada however This was handled so poorly that I do not intend to come back and don't recommend this to anyone there plenty of options out there. read more

I belonged to Massage Envy for almost 9 years, and received a gift card from my boss for Christmas to have an hour massage at Elements. I instantly fell in love! Friendly staff, it's never crowded or overbooked, and they even put a York Peppermint Patty on you pillow! Anytime I call a REAL LIVE PERSON answers the phone, (unlike Massage Envy who sends you directly to voicemail after 3 rings, and then never returns your call) and always they can get me in at the exact time I want even on the same day! Needless to say I quit my Massage Envy Membership and joined Elements Massage. I can't say enough good things about this place. read more

I don't do too many trips to the massage parlor, so when I received a spa gift certificate for my Birthday, I jumped on the chance to go! I chose this place since it took the generic gift card I was given and it is only 10 minutes from my work and home. It was easy to make an appointment and they called to remind me, then were right on time and the place was clean, relaxing and comfortable. Just left elements massage off of Quebec and County line and I feel amazing! my therapist made sure to take special care of my shoulder that I just had surgery on and spent as much time as I wanted on it. She was very communicative and made sure I was getting everything I needed. The front staff was very kind and efficient in making my appointment. This could be a habit u will get used to.
