I have wasted at least an hour if not more trying to get this fixed! I'm furious. How hard is it to send my prescription to the pharmacy that they told me they were sending it to? How hard is it to be concerned and fix their mistake? Why should I have to pitch a fit to get them to do their job. I love my dermatologist but the staff is severely lacking in customer service skills and the ability to do their jobs!

However, a couple of things really get to me. 1) Every time I go I feel immense pressure to buy product. I understand why they suggest the products, but I can't afford a bunch of expensive skin care products. If I could I prob would, but I truly can't justify it with my budget. I think some where during the conversation about what I was there for the Esthetician changed the service on me in a subtle way so I didn't know I was essentially agreeing to a more expensive service without being made aware. I just had my last treatment on Friday. I had IPL and Scarlett and then Brittany did a different one on my eyes, which I am forgetting the name. Disappointed... I've been here several times, it's definitely one of the more expensive salons,…read morehowever, they have a ton of techs and it's a really nice upscale feel. I went in today for a tip with dip manicure and a pedicure. My pedicure looks fine, but I paid for a bit of an upgrade and the massage felt like someone was just putting lotion on, so that was the first bummer.The manicure was worse. First off, she chose a really wide tip for my pointer fingers so they look disproportionate to the rest of my nails. Secondly at the very end I noticed my nails looked really grainy/speckly... almost like you can see powder under the layers. When the tech asked me if I liked it I told her that it looked really grainy and I was expecting it to look like the sample, which was a flat color. She said it's the dip powder and there is nothing she can do and that sometimes the manufacture changes the powder or something like that? I get that it's not necessarily your fault if that's the case, but I'm ultimately not happy with my nails and wish there had been some sort of offer to change my color or provide a credit for a future visit. I think this was the last straw for me, time to find another spot. But if you don't mind over paying for mediocre quality, then it's a great spot!
