She was extremely rude, lacked empathy and had to attitude when I was simply trying to share my previous experiences and frustration. I do see that she's also been called out several other times on reviews due to similar incidents with her attitude. I feel like this is all intentional and that they do this so that they can keep the money that customers have already spent and not try to resolve it so that they can get their credits back . She also shared this is only something a manager or owner could handle however there is not a manager at this location for the entire summer. This has been ongoing for months . I am beyond frustrated as I have over $1500 in credits and no one can ever help. As far as their services, I'd never go to this location even though it's my "home" location. I use the Castlerock location, which is a different franchise owner.
