I have been a member for 10 years and am canceling my membership. The most recent company who bought Elements also owns KFC/ TACO BELL. Massage therapists who become an Elite massage therapist you have to pay $99 ( as a member) For a Master therapist you have to pay $109 for 60 mins ( actual massage time 50 mins) Their wealthy company does not pay that difference but the client does. in my opinion, that is a total "rip off" If you leave a 20% tip it is another $24 If you don't leave a tip the front desk tells that is how they make their money. I just feel that this is not acceptable and will not recommend Elements to any of my clients. read more

Upon showing up I learned that the masseuse called in sick at the last moment and they had no one else they could call in to do the massage. Since they did not give me the full 24 hours (even if they gave me 5) I could have gone on a family planned ski trip to Arapahoe. Spouse scheduled this as they know I'm not an avid skier. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought an 80 dollar 60 minute massage, online, through THEIR website, to be sent to my wife. She never received it and my card was charged. Ruined the surprise and left me out 80 dollars. I called the business and they said that the online purchase was through a third party and they don't handle it. Jackie said she didn't even know who I could contact, and that it wasn't their problem. They basically stole 80 dollars and then hung up on a customer requesting the money back. Scheduled 90 minute massage. Told upon arrival the therapist had time for just 60 minutes. Not impressed with massage or therapist. She appeared rushed and not interested in doing my massage. Products in other Elements are higher quality and smell better. Overall ambience is fair. Very disappointed. Strongly recommend going to another Elements Massage. Healing environment with the awareness of advanced massage therapy; 3. Competitive pricing with OPTIONAL, flexible monthly memberships 4. Friendly, professional and calm staff; talented massage therapists. 1. Elements has the convenience of a strip mall spa: accessibility (1 min off C-470's Ken Caryl exit), extensive business days and hours (a huge obstacle for me with many massage therapy locations), friendly and knowledgeable receptionists who answer the phones in person until 9pm (wow!), and a great selection of massage services at very competitive prices -- including an intro rate for your first visit. 2. Moreover, I was pleased to see that Elements also has the healing awareness of advanced massage therapy locations: dim lighting throughout including halls and restroom (bright "clinical" lighting is an absolute deal breaker for me, so this was huge), music that's quiet and relaxing and also can be turned up or down within your room (another big focus for me), calm and professional and soft spoken staff, as well as the ability to add extras like aromatherapy oils and Himalayan salt stones, etc. I cannot be more pleased, and have found my new, regular massage spa. 3. New clients, do not be turned off (as I was initially) by the monthly membership plans they softly suggest, where you're auto-billed once monthly -- listen and seriously consider them. The membership rates per massage are very fair and competitive, auto-bill allows you to sway out the door in your zen state without any payment paperwork after each massage, you can roll-over unused massages when you're too busy to use them, you can optionally suspend your package for a few of the winter months to avoid the drive, you can transfer a massage to a family or friend anytime (sorry guys, they're all mine, but it's a nice thought! ), aaaaaand, you can cancel anytime. The monthly membership helps me stay accountable for my personal wellness and reminds me to keep giving myself massages regularly, before my body starts to get so painful and stressed. 4. Thank you to my therapist, Adam, for your extensive knowledge and investment, and to everyone who lead me here, from my first phone call at 8pm (when I expected to get voicemail!) to my pleasant experience signing up for the membership plan. If I had an Elements Spa cheerleading outfit, I'd be wearing it. Sorry for the long review, but massage locations are very important to me! As constructive feedback to the owner: I would love the option for more heavy/therapeutic use of essential oils (although you do already offer a limited aromatherapy service that I haven't tried yet). I love the mental benefits of essential oils diffused during massage, and when mixed with massage oil, to help my skin and muscles unwind. Ideally, this service would be a very affordable add-on ($5 is fair, $10 is a bit high), and including it in membership would really be a winner! Michele is amazing! She seriously has a gift for tapping into your body and sensing what is in pain and what needs work. I like a deep, hard back massage and she is also able to do that. I was in a lot of pain when I made a last minute appointment today. I've had a therapist for years who knows my hot spots so I'm used to a certain type of massage. Kyle exceeded my expectations! He gave me an excellent treatment today!! I can't praise his skill enough. I'm picky (there I said it). I also work at a place with spa services so I do expect more when I go to another establishment. If you want someone who will listen to your body and can feel what it needs, he's your guy! I felt so much better after my treatment today. This Elements location also takes great care with Covid considerations and concerns. This place is incredible and Kendra is AMAZING! First massage back yesterday from COVID. So many procedures in place to make you feel comfortable coming in and the place is SO clean. First off I never get massages, but for $60.00 for a new client how could you beat that price?! I called late on Friday night and they were able to accommodate a Saturday massage. I had Kyle and he did a great job. Really pinpointed pressure points and released a lot of tension through my shoulders, neck, hamstrings, and low back. He was very attentive to my body and what it was asking for. I understand now why so many people get massages - they are glorious! This company has been absolutely the worst to deal with to get the subscription cancelled. I had a lot of massage time banked that I completely lost because of their cancelation policies. I am giving this location a 1 star review for two reasons. 1) My initial massage experience with the Elements Ken Caryl location was pleasant. I was even considering getting a membership until they cancelled my next three booked appointments with little to no notice, changing the misuse I had booked and would accommodate any benefits for canceling on me. This is especially frustrating when their cancellation policy required you, the client for paying full price if you have to cancel your appointment without a 24 hour notice. Did they give me that same respect as the client in return when they canceled on me less than 24 hours... no. Unfortunantly, they have incredibly terrible comstumer service, lack of respect and don't honor the client with any type of extra service for a wrong on their end. read more

I really hate giving a review below 3 stars at the least. However I just can't do it this time. Pros: Easy to book a massage. You can call or request easily online. Their staff is friendly on the phone with assisting you as well. Cozy little massage rooms with dimmed lights during the massage with relaxing music. You are almost in darkness, which I personally love. Staff is very friendly. Cons: It's a no thrills place. Basically it's a storefront in an upscale strip mall and it feels like one. I can't speak for all the massage therapists there, however mine was a bit rough. I've moved to Denver a year ago and I've had a hard time finding a good massage therapist. I know I can be picky, but when I want to pamper myself....I want to do it right. Especially when usually you're paying anywhere from $75-100 for an hour. I picked my massage person particularly because of the experience they had on their page bio. She was sweet a pie and a gem personality wise. However, when it got to the massage part I was a bit disappointed. I asked for a nice medium pressure relaxing massage. I got a super vigorous fast paced massage with not enough lotion, so it felt like rug burn 75% of the time. It was not relaxing and a little painful at times, not because of the pressure but because of the fast rapid skin rubbing. Bottom Line: There are about 5-6 different massage therapists there, so I can't say they all aren't up to par. However I won't risk going back to find out. They also charge about $79 for a full price hour massage - for that price you could go somewhere that doesn't feel like a stripmall and like an actual spa. read more

I am from Las Angeles California and I have had many massages in my life. I have been to multiple upscale spas just to inform everyone this is not anywhere close to upscale. I arrived a few minutes before my massage to fill out my paperwork the owner was there and was overly fake nice to me. The part that turned me off the most was how unbelievably rude she was to her employees. Honestly her whole attitude left a very bitter taste in my mouth which in return made my massage experience a very negative one. The therapist on the other hand was great, she did a wonderful medium pressure. The massage room was very blah and cheap looking. I'm not sure if they are under some sort of remodel but it sure did seem like it. All in all the price was decent but you do get what you pay for which is not a good thing. It is all well placed and sincere. I have had some very difficult situations recently in my life and the spa has only increased their care and compassion for me. I have had the pleasure of receiving the services of a number of their masseuse's and have never been disappointed. Every masseuse has their own approach and style, so you need to communicate with them and let them know what you are seeking. Every one has accommodated my requests. I've been frequenting the Littleton Elements location for a while but my favorite therapist left and I was having a hard time finding a new MT I liked. I decided to branch out to the Ken Caryl location and I am very glad I did. It's a very nice, new building and the front desk staff were very courteous about transferring my account over to their location. Samantha was my MT and she is phenomenal. I think MT is something you need an intuition and a knack for and not all MTs have it- but Samantha definitely does. She provided a very therapeutic DT massage and I left feeling so much better. I had a 10:30 appt but they were 10 min late getting me on the table. When the massage was over I looked at the clock and saw they shorted me that 10 min by ending the massage right at 11:30. The massage was fine. This is a no frills type place. If you want a scent, they charge extra. The room was a little bit cold. This business cannot keep massage therapists. Just about the time you find someone decent (and decent is really all they ever have), they fire the person or the therapist leaves. Additionally, several times we have been called to confirm our appointment times, we plan our entire day around the time slot and then show up and to be told they don't have the appt. Last time was the last straw as they also have no customer service when this occurs. We have cancelled our membership! Beware, you are better off paying a little more for a much better massage and for a business that knows how to book appts and then keep those booked, confirmed appts. read more

After not being able to get a chiropractor appointment, I figured a massage would get me through the night. I have used Elements at Ken Caryl for a few years. It is a convenient location for me and they do a good job. I would tell you to ask the front desk for recommendations of who to use. It may take you a few visits with trying different massage therapists before you find one you like (no different than any other massage place), Because the therapists have such different styles. I appreciate that the owner has put some updating into the place and they have started paying attention to the small, but important stuff. For example they added room numbers, a small dish with mints on the massage table and best of all, invested in much better headrests! Thank you! If you live in the area, give them a try. read more

I had a massage here a week before my wedding when the super stress had set in. This was my second massage ever, so I was a little nervous about what to expect.The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions about what to expect and what to do. I had my second massage that was "60" minutes with Sherri today. I showed up 5 minutes early & proceeded to wait for 5 minutes while both receptionist helped the 1 client in front of me. I was told Sherri would be out shortly which was another 5 minutes. By the time I was in the back & ready to go I waited at least another 5 minutes on her, so the massage started at least 10 minutes late. She told me my time was up at around 12:50, so I paid for 60 minutes & received around 40 minutes of actual service. My first massage was great & Sherri was very attentive to the areas I requested she work on, but after this experience I don't think I'll be going back. read more
