I screwed up my neck so bad that it was affecting the nerves going down into my arm and hands. It was very painful and it would take weeks to get in with a massage therapist. I was also in between PT appointments and just needed some relief. I got a same day appointment here after Massage Envy had to cancel my appointment 2 hours before I was set to go in. So, right off the bat, I was a fan of this location. I got Eli and he was very personable, which helped helped me feel comfortable communicating throughout the massage. I explained the where the pain was and the areas it was affecting. He described which points he would target and seemed to know exactly what the problem was. He was very open to feedback and constantly checked in about pressure and pain. Afterwards, the pain was gone and I felt normal again. Such a relief! I booked another appointment right away. Can't recommend Eli enough! I used to go to Massage Envy, even though I found the staff to be awkward, distracted, rushed, and sometimes down right creepy. Now I realize that Massage Envy just sucks and most massage therapists are friendly, personable, and most importantly, not creepy. I'm now converted to Elements massage and will recommend them over other places. read more

I called in to set an appointment. I was advised that there were only level one and level two people available which is apparently how they gauge their strength. Since I'm in a lot of pain I took the appointment. I was warned that there is a cancellation fee. After discussing it with my wife and calling back in under an hour I asked if I could reschedule for another day. They said no and there will be a cancellation fee or I can come in and spend 109 to see if they "could at least help a little." Bad business. Reschedule the client. You lost no money from rescheduling, but instead you lose a client and now have someone that will spread the word about the eagerness to charge penalty fees. Cheers! read more

I've only seen Pam and Casey and both are amazing therapists. They customize the massage to how you are feeling that day. I usually just tell them where the sore spots are and they work on it right away. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. The establishment is quaint, simple, but elegant. It is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. The front desk, especially Chloe, were very nice. Now to the therapist. Beware future clients. This spa place will charge you $50 cancellation fee if you forget your appointment. They will have no mercy on any reasons. My husband forgot to go to his appointment one time and they called after the appointment time telling us that they will charge $50 on card we purchased the spa package. I have seen places where they will give you a warning, but this place will not take any excuses. I emailed to talk to their manager who is in charge but instead their lead called instead and no word from their manager.I hate this place so much I told them to just take our spa certificate instead which is more expensive than $50 and they said they will redeem the certificate other than charging us $50. Things happen to people and might forget the appointment but this place is all about charging you no matter what and don't care about any customer service. read more

Had a great 80 minute massage the day after a Marathon and it was amazing. Elements seems to fit the bill for somewhere in between the fufu spa and the chiropractor. I liked having a serene environment along with a therapist that knew what she was doing. I had a Groupon; maybe why I seemed to be treated as second class customer. I had difficulty scheduling an appointment. I think they were trying to push me beyond the expiration date of the groupon. After numerous calls I felt it was set; two weeks later I showed up with my Groupon, thirty minutes ahead of schedule. They looked at me like I was from the planet Zuton. No record of me and little effort to accommodate me, and certainly not on the day I was standing there, having paid for a baby sitter and arranged my day around this. Shawn is a very knowledgeable massage therapist. Being in medical school he has the working knowledge to each and every muscle large and small. I have been getting massages for years and no one has really been able to precisely pin point the issues like he has. He fixed my back by massaging different areas that put strain on my back! I was lucky enough to get 2 sets of 2 hour massages in 2 days and I feel like a whole new person. So many areas of low grade pain is gone and he showed me simple stretches to ensure these areas stay loose until my next visit. When I visit this area again I'm definitely adding him to my itinerary.
