I had a fabulous experience at this spa. It's quiet, clean, and relaxing--exactly what you'd hope for in a day spa. I just wish they had an esthetician on staff! Lindsay did a fabulous job giving me a maternity massage! My due date is just 2 weeks away, so I've got lots of aches of pains, and she did a really great job working out the kinks. My first visit was on Mothers Day (thank you Hubby!). Though not typically open on Sunday's this day was a wonderful exception. This spa is unique in that they accept insurance so that they can provide a spa like service even if you're there for therapeutic massage. Other services include: Relaxation Massage Infant, Maternity and Teen Massage Foot Treatment Spa Massage Dermalogica Face and Neck Massage I received a Foot Treatment which I believe involved some reflexology technique and then a Spa Massage with a paraffin wax treatment on my hands and feet. The foot treatment started with a soak and then pressure point Massage. I was so surprised at the tension I was carrying in my feet! The spa massage was very calming and Shannon was amazing. She adjusted pressure to my comfort level and answered questions I had as she worked. The paraffin wax was new to me but left my hands and feet soft and moisturizer. Highly recommended! They are excellent all around and very customer service oriented. Massages have all been great, it's easy to schedule appointments, pricing is good, and they work with you for any special concerns. I've gone to Camille for the past 6 months since I've been pregnant, and she takes great care of me every time. She gives great deep pressure massages! She even offered to add me to her schedule one night last-minute because I was suddenly having terrible back pain- and my back pain was gone by morning, thanks to her. read more

Went here for the first time last week and had a great 60 full body massage. They take insurance which is nice. It's a small cozy place with great relaxing ambience. I came to Treat Yourself Day Spa for an hour long massage with David. I called the day before and they were able to get me in the next day! It was really easy to find with GPS. Once you get upstairs, the waiting room is a quiet, cozy room with water, tea, coffee, mints etc. The bathroom even had "feminine products" (woohoo!!). David came to get me right on time and took me back to the room, which was huge and SO CUTE. The decorations are beautiful and relaxing, there was even more water and mints in the room. The massage itself was amazing, I didn't have any areas of pain, but had a lovely full body relaxation massage. I felt comfortable and relaxed and the massage therapist was a great conversationalist but didn't force conversation and let you talk/not talk if you wanted (thank you!!). I left feeling loose, relaxed and in a much better mood. Overall a really good experience. I would recommend to anyone. I will definitely be back for another! read more

I have been coming to this spa place for a few months now due to a car accident. Lindsey is been my massage therapist since then. She is super nice, friendly & genuinely cares for her clients. She really knows what she is doing & doesn't rush me to get off the table. She asks questions about my injury to try to understand why and how things happened. She has given me a few recommendations such as a few workouts to do at home & buying a TENS unit that relaxes my muscles. She also told me about the injury gel (hot and cold ones) to use for my back & shoulders. I have never used the injury gel before & I really like it now. In addition, her and I both LOVE the lavender essential oil so I bring it to all my appointments so she can use it on me. :) That is probably the best part & I look forward to see her every session. Shannon was very helpful, and responded to my email questions promptly. I was unable to schedule with her, but was able to schedule an appointment with Karen within a week of contact. I had some low back and should pain, and for a 1st visit Karen was outstanding! The spa is above a pre-school, but I could not hear anything once upstairs and during the massage. The rooms are tastefully decorated and warm. Karen asked questions and was very comfortable in her style and demeanor, it did not feel like a 1st visit at all. She used hot rocks massage, which I've never had, and it was great! She used them to massage instead of leaving the rocks in one place, which felt outstanding! I would definitely recommend both the spa and Karen. And I'm sure Shannon is great too! read more

This place is such a hidden gem! I was on the lookout for a good massage place as my muscles are often tense from stress and working ou., I had my first massage with Lindsey and it was one of the best massages I've ever had! I just recently started seeing Lindsay and am so pleased to have found a competent, caring and proficient provider who takes my insurance! It is wonderful to get a treatment massage in a spa atmosphere. There are nice little perks at their location, water bottles, toiletries in bathroom should you need and cute décor... Shannon, the owner was diligent in checking my insurance coverage before care started which I appreciated and Lindsay has provided me with much healing and improvement in a short amount of time.
