I really love going to Rachel. She naturally has cold hands that feel like icy hot when she first starts out and it feels amazing. I am a nurse, and I came in with excruciating back pain, and I left completely relieved of my back . I threw out my back on Wednesday like I'm 85 years old, dragged myself to work because I had a big presentation that day, rolled around in my roll-y chair all day, and did the granny shuffle when I had to walk around. I desperately called everywhere for an appointment, and found an opening at Elements. Lucky too because I landed a session with Whitney, and she did such a great job. The place is clean, the massages from the 2 therapists were great. The rooms are relaxing. The massages have helped my pain. I give the massages a high rating but their franchise policies a 0. But their policies are not cool. Pay attention to exactly what you are buying. Don't buy them after your massage when you are tired or out of it. I bought 20 gift cards. I didnt mean to buy that many and tried immediately after to change it, but they wouldn't do anything (They did change the error they made on the gift cards-charging me more than the 79.) You can share the cards with others which is great, but you can't sue them for extra services like hot stones or extending the massage. So I paid 79 for a massage, (using my gift card) but wanted to extend it to a 90 minute massage which is another 60 charge but could could not use my gift card for that. They are expensive and part of a system not designed to help you. You must use the gift cards on this one location only. read more

My massage experience began with a very nice greeting by the front desk attendant, he was very nice and guided me to my masseuse. The entire place was very clean and had such a positive atmosphere. My relaxation began before my massage even started simply by being there. My therapist was very kind and took the time to understand what I wanted from my massage to know how to do it just right. I loved the table as it was very comfortable and had an adjustable headrest which I have never seen before but have always wanted as it makes it far more comfortable for my body. I loved the massage and felt extremely relaxed and calm at the end. The Elements is now my new go to place for a relaxing massage and I already reccomended them to a lot of my friends! Any massage is supposed to be a perfect relaxation time for any customer coming in, but why do i felt im being more stressed out after the whole time, 1 hr of being here? I came early but they started me 10mins after my appt. time, and this male massage therapist talks alot, as in alot! For me, im just being nice to listen, but he just can't shut up his mouth and realize that customers here paid for relaxation and not for a chat. Even though we are going through a weird time with the Covid outbreak I assure you this place takes all the safety precautions seriously. I am astounded by the complaints here regarding Element's pricing and for not getting a FULL 60 or 90 minute massage. I can only guess some people are unaware of reasonable scheduling & pricing. If you scheduled a 60 minute massage and don't take into consideration the time for you to undress/dress, for the therapist to consult with yo re: your needs in that appointment, the time for the therapist to strip the table & prep for the next client, they would likely be running (easily) as much as 15 minutes late for their next client. Now do the math - through their whole day. Then, not to tout myself but I've had massages at some of the most exclusive massage locations in the world so I think of myself as a pretty reasonable judge of massage quality & price. Elements offers a quality service and for a very reasonable price. They call/email me reminders with every appointment, provide wonderful customer service and do their very best to accommodate my needs/desires with each massage. They get a full 5 stars from me for the service & price! I came here to get a sports massage for my knee and I had Whitney as my therapist. She did a great job working out the knots in my lower back area and was really gentle with my knee that underwent surgery, but had enough firmness to break down my scar tissue. I walked out really relaxed and I had temporary relief in my knee. I even fell asleep at some point during my massage. I paid an introductory price of $49 for a 55 minute massage and they were trying to schedule me for another appointment to work on my knee and back in 3 weeks, but I was really reluctant, because the prices are outrageous. Basically, they have a wellness program membership that is month-to-month with no contract. If you participate in the program then you save $30 in your massage, but here's the catch, the prices are jacked up. A 55 minute massage is $69 w/ the program and without it, then it would be $99. I've never heard of anywhere where you pay $100 without gratuity for a massage. That's not even the competitors price. This program is very similar to Massage Envy. Although, I thoroughly enjoyed their massage, it's not enough for me to go back, especially how overpriced it is. read more

I came here from a recommendation. The place is just about a month old so everything is super clean and new. The staff up front are extremely friendly and so nice to deal with. While I was waiting the owner herself came out to welcome me and thank me for coming in. The owner as well was extremely friendly. One slight downside is due to the small space there is no private waiting area where you can start to relax. Just the front office that faces a busy parking lot. I don't think there is room for them to put in a waiting relaxing area. Onto the massage it's self. I got a 55 minute and asked to focus on two areas. The masseuse was very friendly and interested in what concerns I had. The massage was average. For my preference and understanding she was going to be stretching me out and focusing on two areas. She seemed to focus more on one of the two areas. She also was doing some moves I didn't think were beneficial. She adjusted the pressure as I asked and was very professional. To each their own expect ally with massages. I will be back here and try different therapists. The one I had I am by no means saying she was bad but for my taste I didn't fully get what I was wanting. Once I went back up front I learned about the wellness program they offer which is much better than their competitors offers of long term contract n cancelation. Here it's more open and only need a 30 day notice to cancel the member ship. Very cool!! All in all I will be back. To this great facility. read more

I've been having tension headaches for a couple of weeks, so I decided I needed to get a massage, and I saw this place was having a "construction" special, so I gave it a shot. First, the good: Claudio was fantastic. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable in every possible way, and the way that he goes about massage is not like a corporate "This is what I do" style. I dislike when I go to a massage therapist and can tell they are going through their regular one-hour routine. I want them to pay attention to my body and my needs. Claudio was fantastic for that. He spent a lot of time figuring out where exactly I was holding the tension in my shoulders and dug in deep enough to start getting it worked out. I am feeling some relief from my headache already, and that is awesome. Claudio is fantastic. He was personable and talkative, but he also didn't make me feel like I needed to chat or make small talk the whole time. He let me relax. He paid attention to the signals I was not even aware I was sending, noting when my hands would tense or my breath rate would change, and he'd check to see if the pressure was okay. When I mentioned that I scrunch my hands like that when I focus in ballet too, he shared that he is also a ballet dancer. I think that makes a difference. Dancers really know the human body, better than anyone else I think. Bottom line -- if you go here for a massage and want deep pressure and personalized massage, choose Claudio. Another plus, they offer a free gift for yelpers checking in.... it's a drawstring backpack and a water bottle. To be honest, I'd prefer a free hot stone upgrade or something, and that wouldn't cost them anything, but swag is cool too. Can't have too many bags I suppose. At the rate for their construction special, this place would be a 5 star for sure, but I can't give it five stars knowing that, if I want to go back, I have to pay $100, unless I want to become a member, which I don't particularly want to do. In addition, their membership isn't really in line with other membership places nearby. There is even a chiropractor in the Target parking lot, World of Wellness, that has spa-style massages very similar to the Elements environment, and their regular price is $10 lower than the membership price here. If they would match the World of Wellness rate, then I'd for sure become a member. At the current price, however, I cannot, hence the 4 star rating. read more

I visited this morning to receive a massage thanks to a spa finder gift certificate that my uncle gave me. My therapist was Whitney and she was attentive, kind, and contributed to a great experience. When I called in the morning the manager was able to get me in thanks to a cancellation. When I arrived everyone was so nice and welcoming. My massage had just enough pressure and Whitney checked in with me frequently to ask what areas I wanted her to concentrate on and if the pressure was ok. At the end of the massage I was given a delicious chocolate and some water and was reminded to hydrate post massage. One star being taken off just because of the steep pricing. I love this place. I used to make fun of my boyfriend because he'd get massages here all the time and I thought he was a spoiled little brat lol. But then he got me a gift card for my birthday last year and the rest was history. I had my first massage with a girl named Heather. I was expecting my massage to be relaxing and soft but Heather packs a punch. With my permission she really helped get the knots out of my back with deep tissue. I left completely sore and realized how much I needed to invest in myself and come regularly so that my knots don't come back. My back is incredibly tense from my office job and my posture I feel is suffering from the tension. I became a member of their loyalty program and I get massages 1 - 2 times a month now. The savings is great. Heather really has a medical approach to massage. She wants to fix the problem and if that means kneading into my back so hard that I feel like screaming just to fix me, I will totally let her do it. Lol.
