At first, it was intimidating to see others dancing so well, when I couldn't figure out at first how to do a rock step! I didn't think I could do it, but with the dedication, passion, and patience from the instructors, I learned the Foxtrot, the Waltz, Rumba, Cha-cha, Swing, Disco, a little Tango and Merengue. We signed up our 4 year old daughter after she asked for dance lessons. The class is fun. They have…read moremusic, scarves, bean bags, a parachute and everyone seems to enjoy the class. A few children (mine included) have mentioned that they wish they did the "real ballet" that can be seen in the studios with older children. In due time! The website was easy to use to sign up for classes. The site mentioned a strict dress requirement of footed pink tights, pink leotard and pink ballet flat shoes. We found these items at Stride Rite so it was no problem for us. Several children have outfits that don't adhere to the dress code. I don't think they fret about it at the young ages. I don't like that they have a vending machine filled with junk food right when we walk in. The location is great. The facility is clean and bright.
