She made no effort to make things right or apologize for us having a bad experience. Edited review: In 2019, I took my first born when he was 2 weeks old to Rebecca to get some shots for a birth announcement. We went in for a shoot, she said it would be a few hundred $ for the shoot. We didn't ask for it, but she really wanted to do a "classic" naked baby shoot with him asleep. We should have just said no thank you. In hindsight, this is obvious, but we ended up getting pee'd and poo'd on. We had to leave, as we didn't have any more clean clothes. She offered to have us back a week later, which was nice. We came back, and the baby was more cooperative. 3 weeks later, she has us come in and review the photos, they looked great! She wanted to sell us prints. We were only interested in the digitals, we should have asked about this before the shoot. We only found out that the digitals would be more than a thousand $ additional after the shoot. It left us feeling pretty sour because our baby was now 6 weeks old, and we had no choice but to pay her. The photos came out nice, and everyone loved the birth announcement, but I still think about the bad experience we had when I look at them. New: I've now hired professional photographers for all 3 of my babies, and I have context to be confident that there are better options elsewhere that include digital in their base price, and don't have a dated business model that assumes you are buying prints.

My wife and I had a great time working with Joel and Kristine for our wedding…read more We had 2 pre wedding meetings to go over the flow. At the end of the first meeting they gave us some homework, to describe them what our dream day to be like. Our second meeting was about 1 month before the wedding and we went over the agenda for our big day. The day of the wedding we had one of the videographers getting video of the groom & bride at all time and the other videographer getting all the details from the wedding in addition to some epic drone footage. Joel also took it upon himself to keep us on schedule during the day which definitely was one less thing to worry about. Once the day was over they were able to quickly post a teaser and highlight video that kept us craving to see the full documentary that we had. After a couple adjustments we finally receive our full documentary and its was absolutely perfect. My wife and I are super happy that we had the drone footage and a phone for our guest to leave us a voicemail. The overview views from the drone and the voicemails are a must when planning the wedding. Definitely enjoyed working with them and really happy with the work they rendered. Thanks again. I decided to rent a stage package, which Brenda, from Interior Plan Design, help me customize. She went out of her way--above and beyond--to make my experience as awesome as possible. I was very satisfied with the end product. But here's why I'll come back to Brenda again in the future...I had rented the plants for a certain amount of time well in advanced. But for reasons beyond my control, the proposal was postponed several times. Brenda helped me each time and was very understanding. Interior Plant Design's top priority was that my event was a success and that I walked away extremely satisfied. The delivery people were also excellent. They were on time for drop off and pick up and very professional, so a huge thank you to them as well! Overall, the stage was perfect and I am VERY happy. And, if anyone's curious, my girlfriend said yes :).

Dominic shot my wedding, and he was absolutely fabulous. He got all the traditional photos you need…read moreto get at a wedding of course, but he also took creative photos throughout the entire day. So we got lots of beautiful photos of the scenery at our venue, flower arrangements, table settings, lights, our rings, the cake, etc. He took photos of me with my bridesmaids getting ready and my husband getting ready with his groomsmen -- both candid shots and beautifully arranged ones. Lots of photos of the ceremony itself. Casual photos of our guests. More stunning photos of me and my husband after the ceremony ended. And then a whole slew of casual dinner and dancing photos of everyone having fun. He gave us about 1000 photos when all was said and done, with a perfect balance of all the different styles. He also shot our engagement photos. We spent a few hours driving around Santa Cruz taking photos in all sorts of beautiful locations. He has a great eye for finding interesting backgrounds to make his photos really stunning. When deciding which photos to put up on our walls, the problem was not finding good ones, it was narrowing down the huge number of good ones so our home isn't completely wallpapered in wedding/engagement photos.
