With my daughter's bday coming up, I decided to take a different approach from our usual family party and went with a trip to Disneyland instead. I planned out every detail in terms of what I wanted her to wear and went with a seller on Etsy. I went into specific details about what I wanted and when it needed to be delivered by. I patiently wait and was super disappointed when the sweatshirt order is not only PAPER THIN but is a completely different design from what I purchased!! Keep in mind that this package arrives 3 days prior to our trip and I am scrambling to contact the seller & stressing over what my child will now be wearing. I immediately hit up Hellatees and the rest was history... Ivan was super supportive and assured that he would be able to come through for my needs. This is no task to be taken lightly because at this point, I am ONE DAY AWAY from heading on the road. I repeat, I am one freaking day away!!! Still skeptical of everything, I was lightweight stressed about whether or not Hellatees would be able to deliver exactly what I needed. Fast forward: Ivan legit made DISNEY MAGIC happen. The design is everything that I needed and he shifted things around to make sure my purchase would be ready for pick up TODAY!! After the strange phone call, I later texted him if it would take a while for the embroidery to finish. Would I just drop off my graduation stole and come back? or would it be done then and there? When it came time to order graduation stoles, I knew exactly who to go to. I needed 12 graduation stoles embroidered, each with different wording. Although his shop is small and tucked away off the side of the road, don't let that fool you. Cam is incredibly genuine, detail-oriented, and takes pride in his work. He asked plenty of questions to make sure he fully understood what I wanted and even created a quick mock-up when I dropped off the stoles so we could visualize the final product. During the embroidery process, he also called to confirm the wording and placement one last time to ensure everything came out exactly as I envisioned. His turnaround time was quick, and he called as soon as everything was ready for pickup. I would recommend bringing your stoles to him as early as possible during graduation season since he has many orders to complete. I paid half upfront when dropping off the stoles and the remaining balance when I picked them up. The embroidery only costed me between $12-20 per stole depending on what was embroidered. The embroidery itself was excellent. The stitching was clean, professional, and didn't warp or distort the fabric at all. Even the backing was trimmed neatly, so it wasn't uncomfortable to wear. Overall, I highly recommend Cam's embroidery services, especially for graduation stoles. He's located just a couple of miles from the SJSU campus, making him a convenient option for students looking for high-quality custom stoles at about a fraction of the price of what the university charges.

You have to pass a set of glass doors and then turn a corner to get to their shop. If the door is closed, just call the number on the door and they'll let you in. When I dropped off my tops, I talked to an employee who noted down my design and information. I ended up paying $15 per top which I believe is quite reasonable. Their turnaround was really fast too; both of my items were ready for pick-up 2 days later. I initially contacted them via email regarding their services and overall their communication is quick and clear. Sherry and her team are very swift and kind. She told about how her shop supports individuals with special needs which I think is great. Would highly recommend!
