Communication & Professionalism: Poor. After the unsatisfactory work was completed, I reached out to give him an opportunity to address the issues, but received no response. He claimed they have 1 year warranty on his work. Work Quality & Attention to Detail: Unacceptable. Despite my specific requests for precision, the installation was poorly executed. The lights are not aligned, which is a fundamental requirement for this type of installation. Furthermore, there was a significant breach of agreement regarding materials. He refused to use the provided black hardware, insisting on using galvanized staples instead. I agreed on the condition that they be painted black to blend with the house and lights. This was not done. The visible, mismatched staples make the installation look unprofessional and messy. Value: Not worth it. Paying a premium price for careless workmanship and disregarded instructions is unacceptable. Final Opinion: If you are looking for quality, precision, or someone who honors agreements, I cannot recommend Nick. He recommended that I hang the lights along the side eaves so that I can see the lights when I drive up from the side streets (genius)!
