SCAM Do not go! They will charge you for no reason. I had recently signed up for a monthly plan, hoping to take my mom. For unforeseen personal circumstances I had to cancel my membership, not even 18 hours after I had signed up. Sent them an email explaining I had to cancel for now but hopefully will resume in the future. And they are charging me $150 cancellation fee. No sympathy to personal circumstances, just claiming it's for administrative purposes. I can understand if they have already processed my application, or have offered me some of their services, but none of that had happened. I had literally signed up around 3pm on a Tuesday and emailed them about cancellation at 8am on Wednesday. They've been so difficult to deal with, kept repeating the fact that they have a $150 cancellation fee without any empathy or rationale for the fee. It is quiet shocking to experience this level of customer service in today's society when customer service is crucial to a business reputation. But they seem to not care. Dr. Elena Klimenko is a wonderful doctor. I've made a lot of progress in my healing and wanted to reflect back on some of the people who helped. I saw Dr. Klimenko in 2015-2016 when I felt something was "off." She took a fine grain look at my health, ran tests and correctly diagnosed me with an autoimmune thyroid condition and adrenal fatigue. Part of why I'm so grateful to her is that she then put me on a set of very straightforward lifestyle changes and vitamin/mineral supplements to support my healing -- gently and over time. And they really helped! She also recommended a couple books and was just generally very kind and caring. I've met doctors since then (non-functional medicine) who would have put me straight on Synthroid or something similar with long-term side effects, without addressing root issues or giving me any other tools. I've had a very good experience with Dr. Klimenko so far. I was in pain when I scheduled my first appointment and she examined me, learned my medical history, ran several tests, etc. Then the doctor offered me a special plan and a therapy that focuses not just on pain itself (like other "pain management" clinics that usually stuff you with pain killers), but on the origin of that pain. Now, after 2 months, I feel myself so much better. I don't have to live with the pain every single day! My life feels great again and my whole outlook have changed. I have a hope for a brighter tomorrow, and hope is vital for living a meaningful life! I think Dr. Klimenka is a very experienced practitioner and she is able to support her patient's mind, body, and soul in a very kind and holistic way! She's very thorough - more so than any conventional doctor I have been to. She has diagnostics that are not readily available. My experience with Dr. Elena Kimenko does not speak to the health services they provide, but instead to their customer service. Due to my own fault, I missed an appointment that I had scheduled with the doctor. Between that instance and another appointment cancelled due to an unreturned voicemail, I was charged a cancellation fee that I believed to be exorbitant. Making a long story short, miscommunication between myself and a Longevity Healthoffice member as to the consultation fee and no-insurance policy led to Dr. Klimenko needing to be paid for her missed time. As a recent graduate without a stable income, I reached out to Dr. Klimenko, explaining my situation and imploring her to consider refunding me a portion of the charge. Throughout our conversation, she remained understating and courteous. Ultimately, she graciously agreed to remove the charge despite it being in her office's best interest. She even performed a very brief consultation out of personal concern for my upcoming trip to Nigeria. Considering that time is money, especially in NYC, the courtesy that Dr. Klimenko and the Longevity Health staff extended to me is something that I take to heart and greatly appreciate. As for the office space, I felt completely at welcome and ease amongst the beautiful Zen-like designs, which is how every patient should feel at a doctor's office. Most unprofessional doctor's appointment I have ever experienced. I was referred to Dr. Klimenko by my PCP for a 20 minute acupuncture visit. I didn't get out of my 10:30am appointment until 1:30pm. I sat in the waiting room for the first 90 minutes or so. When Klimenko finally did see me, she was constantly in and out with other patients. She issued no apology for this. When I told her I couldn't afford $100/week treatment, she laughed coldly and said "Well, then, you need to get a job. Or get a better job." She was so sloppy and rushed that at the end of the appointment she accidentally left 3 of the acupuncture needles in me. I had to go into the hall in my open-in-back paper gown, to find a nurse to help me with the needles. Again, no apology, though Klimenko made some excuse about my (chin-length) hair obscuring one (of the three) forgotten needles. She also forgot to log out of the computer, and left my health history form face up on the desk, along with those of several other patients. She refused to answer questions about the diagnosis she'd issued. Instead, she repeatedly referred me to her website. Elena Klimenko is a predatory snake oil salesman, promoting homeopathic "cures" to fake, catch-all syndromes like "leaky brain syndrome." She strikes me as a psychopath. I never had a need for the consultation and after repeated unreturned phone calls and emails to try and cancel, I finally got through to the receptionist. She informed me that they could not refund me. They'll try and up sell you at every corner, with supplements on the way out the door, with mandatory, non-refundable consultations. I have been going to Dr. Klimenko for a few months and I'm very pleased to be under her care. She is a very caring, knowledgeable doctor and I trust her judgement in my treatment plan. I found Dr. Klimenko through an internet search of an affiliate Dr. First impression was that the office could definitely use some "sprucing up" especially in light of what they charge. Dr Klimenkos fee for a consult, $500. The nurse there neglected to let me know what protocol I needed to follow before a test so I made a trip there for nothing- no apology from the Dr., just an unprofessional joke about how at least I got my mornings exercise. The Dr. herself gave me an incomplete prescription to bring to a lab for bloodwork. When I questioned her about it her reply was "Ok just do more tests then" Although they seem to be very thorough, I found the level of unprofessionalism quite unnerving. When all was said and done I had paid $1,200 with no answers to anything. Finally, when I tried telling the Dr these things and more she had nothing but excuses which I see she is doing in response to negative reviews here. Dr Klimenko is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented, and she's careful to treat the whole person rather than isolated symptoms. She's also kind and personable and has helped me tremendously over the years with issues of exhaustion and imbalance (probably stemming from overuse of antibiotics). I was referred to Dr. Klimenko by a friend recently due to ongoing chronic pain throughout my body and digestive issues. I had seen my primary physician as well as a couple of specialists to no avail. I went to Dr Klimenko in February before a trip abroad to see what vaccines I needed. The short consultation during the appointment went smoothly. The doctor asked the woman checking me out to charge me for the $150+ vaccine I would receive at my next appointment, which I politely refused to pay for since I did not receive the treatment yet. I called a day or two later to ask additional questions about the vaccines and blood tests that we discussed and planned during my first visit; I was spoken to with such disrespect during this call that I needed to tell Dr. Klimenko she was making me feel very uncomfortable, something I thought I would never need to say to a professional. This is the least professional doctor I have ever encountered in my life time. I went to the clinic this morning for an appointment for travel immunization for me and my boyfriend. I'm not exaggerating here but Ms. Elena Klimenko literally harassed us to pay to get her consultations on the shots we need to get for our world trip even though we've already done researches and know what we were going to get. When I told her we were there for the non-consulation appointment, she showed an unacceptable attitude and told us we wasted her time.
