Avoid this scam-money crazy place. I went to this place to…read moreget my scar removed and after paying $800 for the procedure that's supposed to be 3 times treatment, im now being forced to buy their "cream". Here's what happened: I did my first treatment and it gave me a laser burn which made the scar spot even bigger and darker. My skin is bit sensitive, thinner, and weaker than the other people. Skin thickness and ect. Is different depending on the ethnicity as well and they should know that better. BUT without knowing my skin type, they have proceeded the laser with the highest power(they told me that they used the highest power) and that gave me the burn. I cant imagine how painful it was during the treatment even after numbing the area!!! and i thought it was normal. But after doing some research, i figured ITS NOT NORMAL. Even that being said, i tried to be patient and gave it almost a year to heal up after the FIRST treatment. I didnt want to proceed with the second treatment when they told me i should. (What?) so I explained myself that i want to make sure that the dark spot is gone before the second procedure because im not too sure if this will even go away. Then they agreed and gave me this hydroquinone cream to treat the dark spot. Now, fyi, this cream has to be purchased, but they just gave it to me to use them until the second treatment. At this point they knew something was wrong and thats why they gave me the cream for free. Using the cream, it made my scar spot even more red and irritated. So i stopped using it after a week of usage. I went back for my second procedure after giving the spot some time to heal back from the side affect of the cream, and now they say that using the cream is mandatory to proceed with the laser and since i havent been using it, i need to buy one and come back after two weeks for the treatment. And they cant give me any more for free because the first two were "complimentary" and now ill have to buy it on my own. Ok, first of all, i barely even used that cream and it expired and now theyre forcing me to buy one in order to proceed with the procedure. The nurse said "we cant force anybody to buy the cream, but unfortunately you cant proceed with the treatment if you dont use the cream. The 4% is $76 and the 8% is $150" Excuse me Olivia, do you hear yourself? You cant force me but if not, you wont do the procedure? And most importantly, I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT THIS CREAM BEING MANDATORY to begin with. And she says "it wasnt mandatory at first but our protocol changes and it changed recently" yeah sounds more like it JUST changed, doesnt it? It literally took almost a year to heal from the first laser burn and i dont want to do another treatment and wait another year to heal and do the last treatment and give THAT another year, total of 3 gracious years to just heal from the scar WITH THE TREATMENT THAT I PAID? but what can i do? I already paid my $800 and i cant just let that be thrown out the window, not being able to get a refund. 1. They did not informed me about the cream being mandatory 2. And they say it wasnt mandatory but now it is 3. They wont proceed with my second treatment without using the cream 4. The cream was supposed to be mandatory to prevent from forming dark spots, so they "recommend" patients using them prior to the treatment because it's NOT mandatory. What? Does that make sense to anybody? Even if WAS mandatory, then how come I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT IT? 5. And on top of that, the nurse kept going back and forth saying it was mandatory then the next minute, it wasnt mandatory, but a little later, now its mandatory but also not mandatory because they cant force anyone to buy it but wont proceed with the treatment if not purchased. I bet they bought the good reviews here. This place is just ridiculous.

I really wanted to love my experience here, but unfortunately I'm very disappointed…read more I originally came to NakedMD for neurotoxins (Botox) and a consultation for filler. During my consultation, I explained the areas I was naturally unhappy with, the treatments I'd had in the past that worked well, and the specific results I was hoping to achieve. After discussing everything, I was encouraged to spend nearly $2,000 on a treatment plan that included neurotoxins as well as filler in my cheeks, jaw, and chin. The first thing that felt off was that the person who did my consultation wasn't the person who actually performed my injections. When the injector came in, she seemed unsure at times about placement and technique. There were moments where it honestly felt like she was referring to notes, which didn't inspire much confidence, especially for a procedure involving your face. The neurotoxins in my upper face turned out great, and I'm genuinely happy with those results. Unfortunately, everything else has been the opposite. My main concern and the reason I booked the consultation in the first place, was the divots in my chin. I specifically explained that I'd had filler there before at another practice with results I really liked. Despite spending nearly $2,000, the treatment I received didn't address that concern at all. After everything was finished, I asked why the issue I came in for was still there, and I was told I would actually need a "different" treatment because I'd be "a great candidate" for it. That was incredibly frustrating. If that was the case, I wish that had been discussed before I committed to an expensive treatment plan. Instead, I left having spent a significant amount of money without addressing the issue I came in to fix. To make matters worse, it's now been three weeks, and my chin has noticeable lumps where the injections were placed. I've been getting injectables for 5-7 years, and I've honestly never experienced anything like this before. I'm scheduled to go back for a follow-up consultation, and I'm genuinely hoping they'll make things right. If they do, I'll gladly update this review because I believe every business deserves the opportunity to correct a mistake. As it stands today, though, I left feeling like I was upsold into treatments that didn't accomplish my goals, and the overall experience felt much less polished and knowledgeable than what I've experienced at other aesthetic practices. I'll update this review after my follow-up appointment. Update: I wanted to update my review after my follow-up appointment. The team took my concerns seriously and has been working with me to address the issues I experienced. They're helping me massage out the nodule in my chin, and they also provided complimentary injections to the areas I had originally wanted treated during my first visit. I genuinely appreciate that they made an effort to make things right, and I do feel like they did their best to correct the situation. That said, I still think their process could be improved. Having one person perform the consultation and recommend treatment, while a different provider actually administers the injections, creates room for miscommunication and can lead to results that don't align with the patient's expectations. Right now, I'm still waiting for the swelling from the corrective injections to go down, so I can't speak to the final results just yet. However, I'm feeling much more optimistic, and I think the outcome will be significantly better once everything has settled. I appreciate that they stood behind their work and took the time to address my concerns.

I'm writing this review to warn others about the possible side effects of facial laser treatment…read morebecause I do not feel I was properly informed of the risks beforehand. I had laser treatment performed on my entire face, including around my eyes. After the procedure, I developed severe post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation under both eyes. I was verbally told there was only a possibility of small hyperpigmentation spots, not extensive dark discoloration covering the entire under-eye area. I will admit that I did not thoroughly read all of the paperwork I signed. However, if I had fully understood that this could be a possible outcome, I never would have agreed to the procedure. I now look worse than I did before the treatment, which has been incredibly distressing and the emotional impact of this experience has been far greater than I was prepared for. I returned for follow-up appointments and was repeatedly assured that results can take up to 90 days. Unfortunately, at the 90-day mark, there was still no meaningful improvement. I contacted the spa again via text message, which had been our primary form of communication, and sent photos showing the condition of my eyes after 90 days. I never received a response. I strongly encourage anyone considering this treatment to fully research the potential risks and make sure they clearly understand all possible side effects before proceeding.

The experience was exceptionally good and I'm genuinely grateful to Kevin for taking such good care of me and so quickly, confidently and easily improving my life in a meaningful way, right then and there!! I was so happy I cried! Details: This morning I went to Celibre Medical in Torrance looking to remove some "traumatic tattooing" (road rash) from my face, and the experience was everything I could have hoped for. Scheduling was easy on the website and before the appointment I received a call from Kevin that was encouraging and informative. After determining what procedure/ result I wanted, his expertise and confidence in the procedure gave me the reassurance I needed to move forward after years of uncertainty about where to go & what to do - (seriously, I researched and asked around, but didn't find much that gave me any real hope and I always ended up feeling a little lost & defeated). At the office, Kevin took the time to clearly explain the procedure and how something actually COULD be done about the black and blue staining on my forehead, the bridge of my nose, and my upper lip--something I had been struggling with for years. Kevin's professionalism, compassion and skill were immediately obvious. The idea of having a laser used on your face is intimidating, but he made the entire process feel safe, quick, and manageable. I appreciated the level of precision and care he demonstrated, especially in such small and delicate areas! When I saw my face afterward, I cried happy tears. I wasn't even expecting such amazing results. After seven long years of feeling self-conscious, fielding questions, and constantly being reminded of the marks on my face, I finally felt like myself again. I felt lighter. If you've been living with traumatic tattooing or staining from an accident involving asphalt, I can't recommend laser removal enough. I only wish I had known about this option sooner. I felt so relieved to see that it worked! It was like a weight had been lifted, and the difference in how I feel now is almost shocking. I was just "living with it", when there was such a good solution I didn't even know existed. I'm beyond grateful for Kevin and the incredible work he did - I immediately felt the improvement, amazing how these things matter more that we realize. Again, I'm very thankful - this instantly affected my life in such a positive way. I will trust him with any & all my face/ skin care needs in the future!

When a business's public response does not match…read morewhat a customer was repeatedly told during the appointment itself, it becomes difficult to know which version of events to trust. For me, that is a significant concern and one that future clients deserve to be aware of. Update: After reading the owner's response, I feel compelled to clarify what actually occurred. The owner's statement that accommodations were available does not reflect my experience. I specifically asked multiple times, both the physician assistant and her assistant, whether any accommodation could be made due to my documented medical limitations and disability-related difficulty standing for extended periods of time. I was repeatedly told that no accommodations could be provided. I even raised the issue of disability accommodations and explained that I was requesting a reasonable modification due to my medical condition. Despite asking several times, I was again told that no accommodation was possible. Had accommodations been available, I would've had my appointment and received the Services I was seeking. For that reason, I find the owner's response particularly concerning. Had accommodations truly been available, I would have expected staff to offer or discuss them when I repeatedly requested assistance. That did not happen. My review is based entirely on my direct experience during the appointment. The claim that accommodations were available is inconsistent with what I was told by multiple staff members at the time of service. The issue is not simply that I had a negative experience. The issue is that I requested accommodation for a disability-related limitation, was told none could be provided, and am now seeing a public response that describes a very different version of events. Initial Review: I was extremely disappointed with my experience at InjectAbility Clinic. I scheduled a consultation to discuss potential Botox and cosmetic procedures. During the appointment, after an initial photo was taken, and they told me they only needed one photo, I was informed that multiple additional standing photos were required before I could even be talked to you about the different possibilities of procedures. I explained that I have medical conditions that make it difficult for me to stand still for extended periods of time and that I was not feeling well enough that day to continue standing for additional photos. I asked whether they could accommodate me by taking the photos while I was seated or by using another approach. I was told that no accommodations, they were not able to accommodate me and that the required photos had to be taken standing. I also asked if I could sign a waiver and not do photos since today was not a good day and they said their policy was that they had to have photos. As a result, I was unable to complete the consultation and left without receiving any services. The appointment ended up being a complete waste of time and energy, especially given the effort it took for me to attend while managing ongoing health issues. If you have a disability or medical condition that affects your ability to stand for prolonged periods, I would recommend asking about accommodation options before scheduling. My experience was that no alternative arrangements were offered.
