Front desk mentioned a deposit was needed and I was happy to pay that, but then she said that I might as well pay the full amount while I'm there. So I paid the full amount for the service. Something came up the next day and it wouldn't have been worth injecting a zit days later. So I called to cancel and am then told they couldn't refund me. I can still come in and get the service done any time, but since it was for a one time acne lesion, I won't really be needing it. Plus I work at a nearby med spa and was only in the area. It would have been nice if someone told me upfront that if I cancelled, my money would be kept. Especially because I understand that being the case for the deposit, but I was encouraged to pay the full amount and all of it was kept. Of course I couldn't dispute the charge because it's in their fine print... A little upfront honesty and clarity would have gone a long way though.

It should not be ethical to "tip" for any medical (whether elective or not) based stuff. So let's say you spend 1k on an injectable.... Are they really expecting you to tip $200 for 5 min of time? So what... I'm paying an injector more than my lawyer or a surgeon? No thank you.

I've had Collagel under my eyes, the Naked Glow treatment, and tox in my forehead, around my eyes, and a lip flip. The Collagel and Naked Glow have honestly been my favorite treatments. My skin looked so plump, healthy, and natural afterward, and I was really happy with the results. If I'm being completely honest, I do feel like the tox doesn't last quite as long for me as Botox I've had at other places. It still looks great while it lasts, but I have noticed I needed touch-ups a little sooner than I expected. The only other thing I'd mention is that they will absolutely try to upsell you on additional treatments or products. I don't think it's done in a pushy or rude way, and I know that's part of the esthetics industry, but just be prepared and stick to your budget if that's important to you. Lol. But! I had to bring my toddler to my last appointment, and they went above and beyond by having another staff member help keep him entertained while I got my injections. That level of kindness and patience really stood out to me as a mother and as a fellow esthetician. Overall, I really do recommend them. I had laser treatment performed on my entire face, including around my eyes. After the procedure, I developed severe post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation under both eyes. I was verbally told there was only a possibility of small hyperpigmentation spots, not extensive dark discoloration covering the entire under-eye area. I will admit that I did not thoroughly read all of the paperwork I signed. However, if I had fully understood that this could be a possible outcome, I never would have agreed to the procedure. I now look worse than I did before the treatment, which has been incredibly distressing and the emotional impact of this experience has been far greater than I was prepared for. I returned for follow-up appointments and was repeatedly assured that results can take up to 90 days. Unfortunately, at the 90-day mark, there was still no meaningful improvement. I contacted the spa again via text message, which had been our primary form of communication, and sent photos showing the condition of my eyes after 90 days. I never received a response. I strongly encourage anyone considering this treatment to fully research the potential risks and make sure they clearly understand all possible side effects before proceeding.

I specifically asked multiple times, both the physician assistant and her assistant, whether any accommodation could be made due to my documented medical limitations and disability-related difficulty standing for extended periods of time. I was repeatedly told that no accommodations could be provided. I even raised the issue of disability accommodations and explained that I was requesting a reasonable modification due to my medical condition. Despite asking several times, I was again told that no accommodation was possible. Had accommodations been available, I would've had my appointment and received the Services I was seeking. For that reason, I find the owner's response particularly concerning. Had accommodations truly been available, I would have expected staff to offer or discuss them when I repeatedly requested assistance. That did not happen. My review is based entirely on my direct experience during the appointment. The claim that accommodations were available is inconsistent with what I was told by multiple staff members at the time of service. The issue is not simply that I had a negative experience. The issue is that I requested accommodation for a disability-related limitation, was told none could be provided, and am now seeing a public response that describes a very different version of events. Initial Review: I was extremely disappointed with my experience at InjectAbility Clinic. I scheduled a consultation to discuss potential Botox and cosmetic procedures. During the appointment, after an initial photo was taken, and they told me they only needed one photo, I was informed that multiple additional standing photos were required before I could even be talked to you about the different possibilities of procedures. I explained that I have medical conditions that make it difficult for me to stand still for extended periods of time and that I was not feeling well enough that day to continue standing for additional photos. I asked whether they could accommodate me by taking the photos while I was seated or by using another approach. I was told that no accommodations, they were not able to accommodate me and that the required photos had to be taken standing. I also asked if I could sign a waiver and not do photos since today was not a good day and they said their policy was that they had to have photos. As a result, I was unable to complete the consultation and left without receiving any services. The appointment ended up being a complete waste of time and energy, especially given the effort it took for me to attend while managing ongoing health issues. If you have a disability or medical condition that affects your ability to stand for prolonged periods, I would recommend asking about accommodation options before scheduling. My experience was that no alternative arrangements were offered.

I came in today , and immediately the front desk was trying to have me purchase additional extractions or a different type of facial that is more expensive , she said " you have acne this facial isn't suited for you" I told her kindly I actually don't have acne , I have a dermatologist and yes I do have acne scars but I have not a single active pimple or skin that needed many extractions . She said they would only do extractions on my nose and lips and I said that was perfect for me . They take me to the room and leave the room so I can change out of my shirt . MIND YOU THIS IS A 60 MINUTE FACIAL . I paid for a 60 minute facial which means I expect 60 mins worth of service . It took her 5 minutes to come back to the room . There was no sink for her to wash her hands and I didn't see her put on hand sanitizer . She washed my face and then applied an exfoliator that felt like tree hut scrub . She then left the room for 10 more minutes at this point we have only gotten to exfoliation and she already hasn't been on the room for 15 minutes ..... she comes back and puts this ultrasonic device that is usually used for extractions , she put no pressure and no extractions nor dead skin was taken off . She then gives me the shittiest facial massage . No technique , no pressure , just slathering thick cream on my face this goes on for about 10 minutes and then she slathers a mask on me and leaves for the rest of the appointment . I laid there for 15-20 mins just wondering where she left . Usually during a mask , estheticians will find something to do like a scalp massage or anything really that is providing a service in that downtime . She comes back takes off the mask and this point I'm really upset . I try to walk out the door , and the front desk harassed me about a tip I told her it was the worse facial I have ever received I will definitely not be tipping . Not only am I going to dispute this with my bank but I am absolutely reporting this place to the board of Estheticians. There is no way this lady went though any formal training .
