Awesome medspa! I came from the valley and it was SO worth the drive. The office is beautiful and airy. Plenty of parking out front (though it's all metered). I went in today for Coolsculpting and Danica is their Coolsculpting expert. I had a ton of questions and she was able to answer them all, even the more obscure ones. The actual procedure was super quick and easy. She set me up on the machine, helped me turn on Netflix and then checked in a few times during the 35 minute session. I go back into the office in a few weeks to take "after" photos to see the progress of the CS. I met Dr Marcus in passing because I had mentioned a separate procedure that I wanted to try. He popped in my room for a few minutes, almost like a mini consult and he was super nice! I told him my concerns and he suggested a few things that might help. I appreciate that he took the time to see me even though I wasn't on his patient schedule for the day. Overall, this is a great practice with really fantastic staff. Donna listened to the concerns I had about my complexion and recommended the Broadband Light treatment (BBL) to reduce my hyperpigmentation, redness, and the appearance of my pores. I only mark it 2 stars because at the beginning the doctor was very welcoming and made me feel less nervous after stating I was a candidate for kybella but towards the end when I started noticing that instead of helping with my under chin it was just getting worse months have passed and even with weight loss my chin still looks full and hard and I feel like I was just dismissed. I've been very patient and it's about to hit a year and nothing. I feel like I should've just continued with my weight loss I probably would have lost the double chin on my own since I've done it before and it wouldn't feel hard the way it does now. But that just goes to show how much they care once they can't help you. Haven't heard back from them since. read more
