Instead of trying to resolve the situation or make things right, I received a phone call where the staff became defensive and upset that I referred to the situation as unprofessional. I was berated then threatened with cancellation simply for respectfully addressing my concerns as a paying customer. I completely understand that scheduling issues happen, but customer service and professionalism matter just as much as the service itself. Last-minute changes repeatedly throughout the day, followed by hostility toward a customer expressing valid concerns, is unacceptable. But the massage itself, I'm not sure how she was able to pull off a 3 hour massage (90 mins for both) but we both got turnt out!! I had so many thing cracking and popping.. muscles that were relieved almost instantly. My Husband who has very little worlds, was completely blown away with how much pain disappeared in less than 2 hours. He has said he would like to go back regularly as soon as he is discharged from the Army. Personally, I don't think she is charging enough for her "gift", but I'm very grateful she keeps it so affordable so everyone has access to this care.
