Until someone noticed we were there because we did talk a bit loud. Afterwards they show you to the room and begin their process, the medium still felt HARD but it was good. You can tell them if its too hard. They wipe you down with a warm rag before and after the massage, then offer tea or water afterwards. The tea was nice and warm. The experience was not as good as I was expecting. Therapist seem to be rushing thru the body parts . Not even pressing on the correct points, so it really was not being done properly. Moving too fast can signal to the client that the massage and therapist is rushed and not focused. Please note that Slower massage strokes will enhance the client's experience. Masssage with quick fast strokes stimulates the sympathetic nervous system (stress) while the slow pace of massage strokes activates parasympathetic (relaxation). In short, I came out stressed not relaxed. I still gave tip, coz I don't want her to feel bad. But I hope this review makes them refocus on their quality of massage. This place is my new go to!! For starters, they're very clean and easy to book with. It is disappointing that their website doesn't work, and you cant do online appointments, but calling them to book an appointment has never been a problem. I always book deep tissue massages, but of all the different places I've tried, this is the only place I've had to ask to go softer! (For me this is a good thing...) This is the second time I've had a combination massage here, and although it hurt so much (in a good way), I've always left feeling so much better than when I got there. I don't get massages nearly as much as I should. Usually waiting until I'm so sore my range of motion is affected. By the the time I leave, I'm always really achy, but my range of motion is almost back to normal. I will definitely be back, and hopefully more often. read more

Parking is a pain here. Sasiya Thai Massage is on the second floor. They share the lot with the other businesses in the plaza. I made two trips around to see if I could get a spot. I ended up parking on the street, and walking up. I was greeted and led to a room. I believe my masseuse was Nonny. Overall, good massage. I've had massages closer to the city. I still prefer the ones in the city more for the price and massage. I think after some time, I felt more nail than massage on my back, so near the end, it got a little bit more uncomfortable. Nonetheless, huge props for keeping the mask on the whole time. I've had times when they would just take the mask off completely. It did create a better environment. She also did leave the room for a few min, I believe to help someone in the front. Also, was cut short a few min for my massage, so maybe might have only been a bit more than 50 min. I paid for a 60 min thai massage for $75. I also tipped quite generously. Not a bad spot for a massage. If I were to come back, I would maybe try another masseuse to see if the experience and time would be improved, or it is consistent with across the board. read more

Came here to celebrate my husbands birthday with a couples massage. I was a little nervous because I've never gotten a massage before. I let the staff know and they were so considerate when it came to the intensity of the massage. My husband and I had connecting rooms with the wall in the middle open. My boyfriend and I were running errands and he has been having back and shoulder aches so we spontaneously decided to get a couples massage (60 min $150). We called and got an appointment for the same day 30 min from the call we made. It is located on the second floor and has a lot of available parking. When walking in we were greeted and given a liability type form to sign and they took our slippers. they have a bathroom at the back as well so you can go before the massage. The customer service was okay, I do think there could have been more conversation about what kind of massage (amount of pressure, types of oils being used etc), specific requests, concerns etc. other than that the service was professional. She asked me if I wanted hard or medium pressure for the massage and I immediately said medium as I tend to tense up with hard pressure. I can't imagine how hard pressure would have been cause her "medium" pressure was very hard to me haha. she was very petite but strong! My boyfriend ended up saying the man who was massaging him had soft hands and wasn't as strong as he would've liked however the lady did say he is new. Been to multiple Thai massage in the past few months, and this place has to be one of the best so far. We called the day prior and we're able to fit my wife and I in at 130p. Located in strip mall in Waipio across the new car wash center and 7-11. It's on the second floor, and good amount of parking spaces available. We were greeted at the door, and filled a covid questionnaire. Which is obviously the new new. Ambience of front waiting area is very authentic Thailand. They take your shoes and store it away, then we were escorted to our rooms. Surprisingly it was like 2 rooms, each room had its own entrance, but the wall in between rooms was open and had a curtain. So it was like we were doing a couples massage. I had massage therapist, Amber and my wife had Bila? Not sure if that's correct spelling for my wife's therapist. Amber was amazing. As soon as she started on me, I could tell she was very strong. Throughout whole session, she would check in to see how I was doing with pressure etc etc. Anyone who knows Thai massage, they walk on your back and do a lot of stretching. Amber was awesome in all aspects. At one point they even use hot stones, which was great. My wife wife said her therapist was just as good. We both agreed, this was one the best. So we definitely will be coming back, and requesting for the same therapists. At the end, they provided hot tea or water. Pricing is very reasonable and affordable. Wow! I've been to a bunch of Thai Massage places and Sasiya is now at the top of my list. I did a 90 min combination which included stretching, walking on back, hot stone, a deep tissue/lomi style massage (not sure if thats what the massage is called). I wish I got my massage therapists name so I could give her a shout out. But she was very professional and very attentive to the amount of pressure she was using. Always checking to see if I was okay and if the pressure was good. The stretching that she performed was amazing! She bent me in all types of crazy positions and incorporated deep tissue work in with the stretching. She was also mindful with the hot stones. Some other places just put those blazing hot stones right on you and they're sometimes shockingly hot. My therapist used the stones to heat her hands and oil and would massage my back and then applied the stones once the temp wasn't scalding. The back walking was one of the better ones I've had as well. She used more techniques that I've never experienced before. I could literally feel my lower back decompress (similar to the feeling I get on an inversion table) and at no point was there any pain. This might sound funny but one of the things I was most impressed with was being able to touch my toes after the session. My body is normally tight and at times, I have a hard time touching my toes because my legs and lower back are so tight. Before my session, my finger tips would only reach my shins. After my session, I could almost palm the floor. Conveniently located in Waipio Gentry on the 2nd floor of the strip mall across the street from flagship carwash. Pretty good amount of parking and the location is a lot safer than some other massage places. If you're looking for a good massage (or want to be able to touch your toes), I'd highly recommend giving them a try! read more
