Elephant services our fire extinguishers at work. The gentleman that services us came to my office earlier this month. He was professional and quick at doing his job. My review is based on today's interaction. Today, we ran into an issue that was related to the fire alarm. We had called the number on the alarm earlier in the day, but didn't get much guidance they just told us someone would come out today and they didn't. I needed reassurance that it was ok to leave for the night with the warning it displayed. I didn't know who else to call, but since it was fire safety related, I called Brookelyn, she returned my call in less than 5 minutes. Mind you, it was after 7 pm. She was not able to answer my questions directly, but did not hesitate to share valuable referrals. I can tell her business is her passion, and she cares about her customers. She was so polite and followed up with a text to be sure I had the referrals accessible. Contacted this company to see if they could repair a particular type of fire extinguisher. I gave a description of the unit and the problem and clearly stated that it was a pressurized water extinguisher. Got a reply back that they needed a photo of the extinguisher so they could determine if it could be serviced. There is only two styles of this type of extingguisher and I gave a VERY clear description of the one that I have that needs service.
