I wouldn't shop at Central Avenue Smoke Shop. I bought a battery for my vape pen and I'm not kidding you when I say that it broke the next day. The Wulf Vape product was very poorly made and I went for a refund/exchange and after spending over 30 dollars, I did not receive not even store credit. The manufacturer also has horrible customer service. I wouldn't buy from Wulf Vape either due to the low quality of their items. read more

Jessie is a very nice guy that understands Customer Service, and he gave me great advice. The place is clean, nicely organized, and well stocked. In the end, I give this place a 10 out of 10, and I'll definitely be back. In fact, I have to come back, I was $4 short, and Jessie let me owe it to him on my first visit!

Management change about 7 months ago, the new owners are amazing. Stock quality products and have excellent customer service. They really do have every smoking accessory and take care of each and every customer. They also answer the phone any time of day I've called multiple times and have never missed one of my calls. They take responsibility for any defective products as some batteries can come bad and offer a new one on the spot for no extra charge read more

I just visited this spot after it came under new management, and i was very pleased by the options they had. The workers are all very helpful and even during a pandemic their service was very hospitable. They have reasonable prices and stocked up inventory. You gotta get your hookah flavors from here. read more
