I must say I thought I was taken for a ride, as I had signed up for quite a few number of sessions and some decent money. I couldn't have been more wrong, every single thing was absolutely worth that and more. Dr. Andy and Dr. John are experts, friendly and professional as is the whole team. Just superb. They listen to you and even though you might think or know what you want, they listen and solve problems with vast experience. I have not had my back pain upon waking up since 1 month after I started. My initial exam showed my cervicals going totally in the wrong direction. With exercises in office and homework for gym or home plus the weekly's adjustments, not only does my x ray show improvement; I am walking testament to that improvement. The natural curvature of my cervical line is coming back. And along that my hips, spine, shoulders and thighs got a whole lot of improvement. The team has many ways to treat you beside the adjustment. There is an elbow treatment for knots and pain that feels amazing and solves the situation. I cannot say enough good things about West End Chiropractic. It will sound unbelievable but in the past 4 months I have not had the back pain I had been having for the past 8 years. And while this is not completely resolved, each one of us knows their own body. And if you can feel improvement or rather no longer feel the pinching pain; then you know something is going perfectly right. Plus the usual, easy parking, nice plaza, great common area and right off highway 100 at the west end shoppes.

Your business is shady and unethical. I've never seen a chiropractor and I ponied up $1200 of my own money (in addition to what my insurance has been billed) and everything got worse and stayed WORSE. Why in the world would someone have to pay for future treatments when they don't even know if they will work?? Also, the fake physical therapy is a JOKE. I'd love to get my money back as now I'm going to be paying for further care, but I'm sure that I signed away ALL of my rights when I trusted your business enough to give you $1200 basically sight unseen. I could go on and on with the various experiences that were unprofessional and I don't have the energy to deal with all of that, but if you want me to leave a detailed review, I'd be happy to explain to potential "suckers" exactly what you're about. Lastly, the lack of accountability struck me as one of the absolute worst "qualities" of Dr. Dana. She has a knack for blaming everyone and everything else without taking any ownership that she could have done something wrong. AT LEAST...consult a colleague if your patient continues to be in excruciating pain that didn't exist until they were "adjusted" I hope that this experience doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. However, when you have receptionists selling "packages" to unsuspecting patients, clearly you're in it for the money, not humanity.

Dr. Travis has been my primary chiropractor and he is excellent. I've been to several different chiropractors over the years and Dr. Travis is by far the best I've ever had. He developed a treatment plan for me that has worked wonders. And, he takes a very personal interest in me (as I'm sure he does with all his patients). He makes me feel like I'm his only patient. I've also had Dr. Nathan on a few occasions when my schedule didn't permit me see Dr. Travis. I got the same treatment from him as I did from Dr. Travis. Excellent team coordination. 5 stars for both doctors. The Physical Therapy team at Symmetry is equally outstanding. Dr. Zach is my primary PT and the work he did on my elbow brought almost immediate relief. He then put me on a strengthening program to prevent the elbow from having recurring problems. 5 stars for Dr. Zach for sure. Dr. Cianna and Dr. Melissa also provided elbow treatment as my schedule had me seeing each of them on occasion. They expanded on the work Dr. Zach was doing to further improve my elbow. Again, excellent team coordination. 5 stars for each of them as well. Dr. Ethan is the primary PT for my back. He started me on a program that brought instant relief. More importantly, however, he got me on a core strengthening and stabilizing program designed to prevent me from having future back problems. Dr. Ethan makes you work, but work is necessary to get good results. He's definitely a 5 star member of the Symmetry team. Finally, Emily and Mckenna are the two amazing ladies at the front desk. They are the people who do the scheduling. In my case, my personal schedule is somewhat complicated, but both Emily and Mekenna are somehow able to make it work. They both do a fantastic job, and both absolutely get 5 stars also.
