I did point out the scratches on the microwave to Michelle, but she stated they could not have caused by them because they use soft cloths to clean. However those scratches were NOT there prior to the cleaning. Same with the oven - I honestly never have cleaned inside my oven before today. The only people to have cleaned it previously were Michelle's team. There are extremely deep scratches in the bottom of my oven that could only have been caused by scrubbing with something very rough. It's really damaged and the only people that could have damaged it are the cleaners. It's very very disappointing.
