This is the third time I have used this company and they are always really good each time. Marianna is always accommodating when requesting a whole house cleaning and she notified me the day before the appointment and said there was a cancellation and they could come earlier which I agreed. A surprisingly deep clean! I am both grateful and impressed. I gave a whole list of things I wanted to get done, and they went out of their way to clean every nook and cranny of my home, from behind furniture to the inside of my fridge. I would say that communication is key. Everyone is very open to cleaning to your standards but you have to communicate what you want, and they'll do a great job. I have nothing to say about their cleaning services. From what I gather it is good, and was recommended to me. I requested a quote and was billed $275-375, I negotiated by decreasing the items I needed cleaned - just two rooms and a bathroom instead of the whole house. Once it was time to schedule a date, I was first given the run around, and then crickets. Either say from the onset you do not want the job, instead of saying yes then waiting around for another person to offer more before you bump me off and stop responding. read more

The first time I talked to her, she went over their services and the pricing in detail. She was very professional and I got the impression her business is a well-oiled machine. She got me on her schedule within a few days and her team came yesterday. She kept me updated on their arrival via text, which was nice. The team was polite and very hard working. Our house hadn't been professionally cleaned in almost a year, so it really needed deep cleaning. I wasn't sure what to expect, but her team did an amazing job! Our house is sparkling clean! They cleaned areas like baseboards and cabinets that I wasn't necessarily expecting, but was much appreciated! We also had Marianna's team clean our windows inside and out, and they look like new! I hired this company to clean my in-law unit that I rent out. It was a move-out clean up, along with with cleaning the walls to rid it of the smell from the former tenants smoking weed in the unit. It was a big job, I had considered trying to do it myself but I'm positive it would have taken me at least a week. They were in and out in a a few hours, very diligent. Oh my gooood. These people took my place from a cyclone aftermath to a beautiful small-time palace with gleaming floors. They dusted my ceiling fans black with summer soot and even pulled out my fridge and cleaned whatever god knows what was back there. I definitely won't use this service again. I realized I needed someone to clean on short notice and the two services I've used previously that I was completely happy with were all booked up. So I turned to Yelp. Marianna was quick to respond to my request, but couldn't offer specific times she had open this week. She said she'd get back to me on Monday (as I made the Yelp request over the weekend) and didn't. So I called her. She didn't have her schedule, but said she'd text me that evening (it was mid-afternoon). Six hours later when I still hadn't heard from her I texted her. She said she had me scheduled for the time I had been interested in. She didn't ask me any additional questions and still couldn't provide me with any more specifics than she had during our brief conversation on the phone. While on the phone with her all she asked me about what I was looking for was whether or not I wanted windows done and how dirty I thought my place was. Despite the fact that so far my experience with this company had been very different than others I've used both in this area and in several other cities I've lived in, I tried not to worry. The cleaners arrived within the window of time I was told they would. As they were working I contacted Marianna with some concerns and each time I did, I was interrogated. She repeatedly claimed I didn't communicate with her about my needs, but I was a new customer and she hadn't bothered to ask me anything so I assumed that meant I'd be able to communicate with the people who showed up to clean and that wasn't the case. Cleaning services that I've used previously, always asks one question as soon as I schedule a time: Where do you want the cleaners to start? Marianna didn't ask me that or pretty much anything else. I tried to trust in the process and I got blamed when I had issues with the way the work was executed or the length of time that it was taking. While I was initially given an estimate of 2-4 hours, I thought it'd be on the shorter side as my home wasn't in such a state of disarray that 4 hours should have been necessary. I had to cut the cleaners off after 3 hours as I had somewhere to be and am not about to trust people I just met (who work for a company I was increasingly wary of) alone in my home. Therefore the downstairs was barely touched. There were some odd elements downstairs like the inside of the microwave being cleaned, but the outside being left with a tacky residue. The upstairs was supposedly completed and before I left I was only able to check it briefly. It seemed okay at first, but upon a closer look I found spots of something on my previously clean walls, red stains in my master bathroom sink, part of the master bath floor left uncleaned, and more lint on the mirror post- cleaning than pre-cleaning. Oddly all of my rugs were moved all over my house too. For instance, very illogically, the bathmat that was in front of the shower to prevent slipping on wet tile upon exiting the shower, was moved to the middle of the bathroom floor. When I reported the issues upstairs of having things to clean that were made dirty by the cleaners, Marianna once again interrogated me, wouldn't listen, and blamed me for the problems. I have never dealt with a business owner who was so thoroughly immature and disrespectful. If you're currently using this company, I'm sure your experience is fine. If you're considering using them for the first time, know that you won't receive specific answers to any questions, you won't receive responses without consistently seeking them out, you have to communicate everything you want and everything about your house and needs before your scheduled appointment, and then if anything goes wrong you will be treated like crap and still charged more than any other company I've used. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I'd give this company a zero if I could. read more

We have 2 tub/shower combos and one walk-in shower. All three have been neglected for the past two years and had grime, hard water, and soap buildup. My kids and grandson moved out, so I decided it was time to clean all the showers. After dousing them with the usual super strong cleaning products, I did some scrubbing, but I started coughing from the smell and I didn't make much progress. I found Eleleth on Yelp and quickly got a reply from Marianna the owner. She gave me a rough estimate with a range of prices and we agreed on a date for service. Her communication was great. Her crew (2 ladies) showed up on time and worked very hard for almost two hours. The results were outstanding! I am delighted. They did an excellent job. Marianna said she would charge the minimum of her estimate because they finished quickly. I wrote a check for what I thought was the right amount. They all left. Five minutes later, Marianna called me and said, "You wrote the check for more than the minimum I quoted you!" She came back immediately, gave me the first check, and I wrote a new check. I had worked with other companies and i just was not satisfied.. the minute Marianna called me I absolutely LOVED HER.. her energy was amazing, she understood exactly what I need, was very personable & she got me into her schedule a couple days later! I had this service come out to do a deep, move out clean at my half of a two-bedroom, 2 bath apartment in DT Sac about a year ago (my roommate stayed). The young lady they sent didn't speak much English, but was able to call someone to translate for her which was fine. I think that was the only reason for the delay in her arrival was just a language barrier on getting there. The only reason I rated them down one star is that they didn't call me to tell me she was running late and I was waiting around for a while when I had things at my new place I needed to do and time was limited. Other than that little communication issue, their cleaning services were EXCELLENT and I highly recommend them. I told the main lady afterwards if they'd just told me ahead of time that she was running late and wouldn't be there at the time promised, that would've been fine as I could've stayed at my new place and kept working on things that needed to be done before movers came, rather than drive across town to my old place just to sit and wait. She understood and agreed. I wish I took before pictures (not sure where the after ones are now), but the end results were AMAZING and definitely worth the wait and cost.
