I ended up walking out with three bottles of Mobster juice. I've been looking for that brand for a while and man did they taste great, and the price was a deal. 3 for 33 bucks. I also went back in for some Wire 24g kanthal wire. 25ft for what I pay on eBay that means I can just go In, instead of waiting for it by mail. Hours very, sometimes there's nobody there. But, the service and prices are worth returning. They also have mods, cases, atomizers of different variety. So stop by guys. You won't regret it.

She ultimately did not come after I called her and warned her about my experience. To clarify, I did not leave simply because I disliked the appearance of the venue. I left because the lounge was extremely small, overcrowded even with reservations, lacked the music and atmosphere advertised, and the service was nonexistent. I waited approximately 25 minutes just to be acknowledged, only to be told to continue waiting. Calling that a "brief wait" does not accurately reflect my experience. Additionally, the patio had only three tables, which were already occupied when I arrived, despite your claim that a space had been specifically reserved for my group. Whether the photos on your website are edited or not does not change the fact that the overall experience and atmosphere were completely different from how the venue is presented online. The website gives the impression of an upscale hookah lounge/club experience, which was not what I encountered. My review was based on my actual experience as a paying customer. Instead of dismissing valid criticism by suggesting my expectations simply weren't met, I hope you take the feedback into consideration--especially regarding reservation management, wait times, service, overcrowding, and accurately representing the atmosphere customers can expect.

Every time we're in town and come by, it feels like such a comfort spot. We're a tangiers household and finding it at lounges isn't always guaranteed, so always thankful to have that when we come here.
