I notice that every time I go the prices are changing or we are being overcharged on something that we didn't ask for . I came for happy hour one day and only asked for the happy hour tequila after happy hour was done the waiter decided he switch me over without asking and charged for casamigos instead of house tequila and I didn't request for it . There was also another time where it happened to a friend they were serving her a house cognac and then charged her for Hennessy . I use to love the place and vibe but I also feel like the waiter is alittle sketchy when it comes to making the money .i came in the other day to order wings when did a service charge for $5 start applying for a carry out . I paid 32 dollars for wings. 12 wings and no fries which I believe is a rip off. I use to love it here but now I feel Iike it is very overpriced . They didn't even notify social media at all and I come here often . This happened to me and few others waiting outside since 5pm. I asked the manager to speak to the owners and she has told me that she will not notify the manager. So I must come here to yell. Owner, your manager employees will loose you long time customers. Been wanting to try this place for some time now. It's kind of hidden. If it wasn't for the GPS I would've missed it! We were greeted quickly. Great customer service. We decided to try the wings, fries and smoothies. The luv smoothie wasn't that great. It was watered down without much flavor, but the King Kong smoothie was really good! My favorite were the wings and fries. Their website says happy hour on Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursday.... We'll it's not. Only offered on Thursday. Website just needs to be updated. But the food and drinks are decently priced, so it's not too pricey. I don't smoke hookah so I can't say what the hookah is like, but lots of people had it and seemed to be enjoying it. It's a relaxing vibe inside with TVs all around. There's a DJ booth, but no DJ when we came. It's small and cute spot to eat and chill. read more

I came in from out of town. Decided to have a smoke. I was greeted by a nice young lady named Amanda. She was super polite and talked me through the different flavors she also checked up on my favorite flavor called love 66. Sadly they didn't have it or the Al fakar magic love. I decided on the mint flavor. The hookah was nice and modern with a fresh hose and tip sealed. I decided to try out a simple dish mozzarella sticks and dip... can't go wrong with that. All in all very impressed. Also they had a nice soft play list. I was by myself but if I did have company we could have had nice and clear conversations without yelling. Great ambiance! We came here on a Wednesday night to eat dinner and it was dead. Two other people in the restaurant. They had a happy hour menu but we didn't order from that. Instead we each ordered regular entrées and also cocktails. When I asked for a glass of water, they said they only had bottled water. I told them never mind it's ok, I have bottled water in the car and I would just have my cocktail. When I brought the bottle waters inside, they told me I wasn't allowed to bring any bottled water from outside. So I asked again for free water since they would NOT allow me to bring my water in, and they once again refused us saying they only serve bottled water AND told us we couldn't bring in our water. After telling them if we couldn't bring in our water, and you refuse to provide us water with our cocktails, we'll just leave. They were so rude and told us no to water, only giving us the choice to pay for bottled water. So, we cancelled our order and left because not providing water for patrons AND not allowing them to bring in water, especially When they already ordered entrées (not happy hour), cocktails, and most likely dessert, is so ridiculous!! They were incredibly rude and died on that hill of only selling bottled water AND not allowing your guests to bring in water (which I've never had issues with before). The place really smelled bad too, and not of hookah, and was dirty and run down looking. So, it's a good thing we ended up leaving. Would NOT recommend, especially with so many other amazing hookah lounges, and will never go back again. We went to the Thai restaurant next door, Boun Thai, and it was amazing! read more

I came in on Friday, the security who checked my id at the door was also my server he made me feel uncomfortable always coming to my table to talk to us. Unfortunately I won't be back here. Hookahs are now dirty, either take too long to start or start up fast and burn even faster. New Staff aren't trained or educated on hookahs and tobacco.
