Fairly priced, easy pick up and return process, and friendly staff. They also had a TON of balloon colors, if I'd have realized I'd be getting my helium tank from them, I would have waited on the balloons and just gotten them there as a one stop shop. Soooo many options and they had the supplies for arches, clusters, you name it all readily available as well. Krystal had requested to drop off marquee numbers and was 2 hours late, so the venue people were no longer there. They ended up setting the whole display up outside so when I arrived, I had to move everything myself with the help of the venue staff. Above all this drama, the execution of the writing on the display was horrible. They used 3 different fonts and the stick-on writing you'd find at a budget craft store and it just looked like a total hack job. I let her know about my disappointment after, but no response. Definitely was not worth the money.
