He answered my call and proceeded to try and troubleshoot for about an hour (without even working for us). Such a kind gesture. Following this, Eddie came by to check out our pool and see if he could figure out what was wrong. Turns out our current Pool Guy was treating our pool as chlorine and it had a saltwater system (something I regularly questioned our normal Pool Guy but was routinely dismissed) Eddie and his guys came by a couple of times and completely reset our system. Saving us from having to buy a brand new pool heaters, which we had just bought two years ago. Our pool is now functioning perfectly and looks amazing, and is actually saltwater again. It actually was the same person who had installed the heater for me. He asked me what was happening or not happening, and I told him. He diagnosed the issue after about 15 minutes of looking into it. He told me what was wrong and gave me an estimate. It was a great experience. The service man, Zack, was personable and very helpful. I was very pleased with the service I got from them when I purchased the system a few years back, and I was just as pleased today. I recommend them highly.
