They came out, drained and cleaned it thoroughly, checked the chemical levels, and even left the hose running with instructions to stop it once it was full. I received a flat rate price before they even showed up which helped me make a decision of who to go with. The risk of more or less work for the price was worth not having to make an extra appointment. Castillo brothers Ramon and Abel have been servicing our pool for about 4 years. They are reasonably priced for their monthly service. The added filter cleanings do add additional cost. Our pool is old and does not operate perfectly but they keep it looking nice and have their work cut out with algae growth due to lack of circulation. They are very respectful of our property and always stop to say hello when on site. They do often have to adjust their schedule, sometimes due to weather and sometimes for family events...but I respect their communication in always letting us know and I'm glad to support a small family owned business...everyone needs vacation/time with family! read more

I hired them back, we agreed to a price and schedule, and this was really important because I was going out of town and needed reliable coverage I could trust.
