If you want just basic Realty Services, Elevate maybe overkill for you but they do have different service level offerings. Steve provided $30000 worth of improvements and repairs including painting the entire house inside to roofing and a Main support Pillar that was Stucco but badly dry rotted out I had no idea it was replaced and repaired and repainted to install of new flooring. We were excited about working with Nicki and Elevate Realty because of their reviews and promise to keep us informed and walk us through the process. As first-time home buyers that was something we were really looking for. However, once we started to place offers the communication just stopped. We were never told that we'd have to pay the difference between our offer and the appraisal upfront. That was like $20,000 that was totally unexpected and due in like 3 days. After 2 or 3 failed offers, we tried a new strategy and went for more of a fixer-upper so we could get the location and size we wanted without going over budget. Nicki was passive aggressive and rude about our decision, really pushing us to offer a price we weren't comfortable with on a house we didn't want. After our offer was accepted for the house we did want, we had to do some repairs before we could move in. Nicki was difficult to work with at this point and it seemed like she was keeping the keys from us. I had to repeatedly ask to get the keys and finally got them just the day before we moved in. She was also checking our mail and didn't let us know. She had several companies they often work with and we had little say in the matter. The contractor has been good but the home inspection by twin termite was awful. We are now out another 24,000 because they missed the fact that an entire corner of our house is sinking. Overall, the team at Elevate was nice but we were increasingly dissatisfied as time went on. read more

I actually found Elevate entirely by accident, and before my wife and I had decided for sure whether we would be selling our home, but Nicki Kaur almost immediately responded, and not in a way that was an annoyance or felt like a sell. She was immediately friendly, and sincere, and was genuinely interested in what we were trying to do. Over the following two months we went from casual tire kickers to new home owners, thanks to Nicki's attention to detail and flexibility with our style preferences. Even though the real estate market is hot they treated our listing like it was a buyers market by advertising it and taking amazing photos to showcase our house. The technology they use to make showings a breeze was appreciated since my wife works from home and can't always leave so the house can be shown. I feel like it removed a lot of barriers for us and potential buyers. I always felt in the loop with what was going on and what the next steps were.
