First, Bea... she is incredibly professional, kind, and an ARTIST when it comes to injectables. I use Dysport and my lines had never been smoother, not my eyebrows as well arched. Then I met Taylor, who has been doing my photo facials. She is such a wonderful, warm person who does an incredible job targeting the dark spots, the broken veins, and the rosacea. After the first treatment, I finally felt confident enough to not have to wear makeup out of the house and by the second treatment, I swear she took 5 years off my face! These are the two women who have made a huge difference in my life, though from the front desk staff to the rest of the people that work in the office as well, in their specialty fields, I suspect that I'd be met with the same kindness, professionalism, and knowledge that they possess. If you want the best care and reasonable rates, definitely go to them and no one else.

Alisha, my laser technician is a Godsend. She goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. Alisha is very bubbly, attentive, personable, and communicative. Most importantly, she does phenomenal work. During my sessions, I feel well taken care of. She never rushes. She takes her time to penetrate hair follicles and educates the client along the process. I have light, sensitive skin with dark, coarse hair. My first session was in October 2022. Since then I've seen significant results. There has been barely any hair in the treated areas, leaving me more confident each time I complete a session. No issues with post-treatment pain, erythema, blistering, or dyspigmentation. I first called my dermatologist office and they charged $800 a session for legs which is insane. I then found two other places who were not very transparent with their pricing and I did not like that. My sister recommended SEV because she goes there herself in LA. I looked up the website and they list all their prices and a package that includes 18 sessions and lifetime yearly maintenance sessions cost less than 3 treatments at my dermatologists office. So far so good! My biggest concern is finding someone who is familiar with paradoxical hypertrichosis because I experienced that on my face back in 2004. Luckily, two of the techs are familiar with it which is honestly not very common since most places I talked to thought it was "strange" that happened to me and they have never heard of that before. I booked a consultation and when I showed up, the lady at the front desk was so nice and friendly. She instantly made me feel comfortable. The laser technician, Mary, was the sweetest and she was able to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable asking any questions. In 2004, I used to cry during my sessions and I was really afraid the laser would still hurt and I would find it unbearable. The consultation was for armpits which is a very sensitive area. The cold air they blow on you during the treatment is a game changer and not only was the pain not bad, but it was a couple minutes and your done! After my session, I immediately bought a package for legs and underarms. I HIGHLY recommend SEV Chandler.
