The doctor who runs this business also runs the doctors office next door. He's dishonest in his dealings! I have a scar on my backside from a procedure from that professional and no way would I allow him to work on my face! My insurance company helped me file against him for Medicare fraud and I won! He's not honest and he's a terrible doctor. There are much better businesses who do the same procedures who will not leave you scarred and overcharge you and his billing department has problems with honesty : for example my Medicare fraud filing and my win!! They refused to return my money they overcharged me. My insurance company helped me with the filing that speaks volumes!! I'd give him a zero for a star if possible! Tried this company and was completely dissatisfied. I tried to enroll into their "program" only to find out that Lexi didn't enter in my information correctly. . . so the recurring charges didn't happen. I was also informed that I would be receiving the emails of their specials but that didn't happen either. As it turned out, whomever was suppose to enter my information into their system didn't include my email address. I did go for Botox injections and was asked how much I had received in the past (moved here from Utah). When I told the "doctor" I didn't know his facial expressions were less than congenial. Ignoring that I inquired about the cost and was told I had to speak to the front desk. Why wouldn't he know? Was not at all impressed with their lack of professionalism and demeanor. We've parted ways...which was a blessing that my "program" enrollment was botched. read more

If I were to only review the atmosphere, front desk and location I would give it all an A+++ the staff and the Dr, are so very friendly and accommodating and make you feel comfortable right away. The reason I am only giving 3 stars at the moment is because I paid $1100 to have my lips done expecting to walk away with amazing lips and instead they were lopsided and are still not looking the way they should've for that amount. I let the front desk know and they got me in touch with the owner right away.. the solution to the problem was to dissolve filler that I had already paid for, and that should've been distributed evenly and to then wait it out as the filler "settled".. I'm upset that I spent this amount of money and wasn't compensated by putting the correct amount of filler in the side of my lip where the injector forgot to add it... my mouth should reflect what I paid and it does not. .. I want to add that I've had my lips done before and I've never had to deal with lopsided healing and feeling ugly for 10 or more days. read more

After visiting Allure Skin and Laser for myself and after reading previous reviews I felt it was important to leave a REAL factual review. Let's disregard the first two reviews shall we? First review about laser hair removal, she signed a release form that everyone signs before treatment, clearly states that everyone will get different results and some may not get any. It's not the laser technicians fault or lack of capability to practice, simply put... this customer was one of the few who did not benefit from treatment, sucks but that's life. The second review, same thing except client thinks shes an expert at someone else's job and it sounds like a miscommunication between "said" client which can happen when a client thinks they know more than the professional. Now that that's out of the way... This is by far the CLEANEST most PROFESSIONAL medical spa I've been to. My Esthetician was so incredibly nice, professional and knowledgeable. I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile when I walked through the door which is so nice comparing to some other practices where its a cold death stare. Very neat, organized waiting room. I peeked in all the rooms on my way to my treatment room, very clean, inviting and professional rooms. The minute I sat down on the table my Esthetician asked about my skin and what my goals were for treatment; I was having Silkpeel Microderm-infusion. My treatment was amazing, my skin was instantly glowing! She was extremely thorough, explained everything she was doing and what products she was using and also about how to prevent signs of aging. I was given information on other similar treatment that I might like as well (was even lower priced treatment) so you know she was not trying to "sell" expensive treatments which is so refreshing as many other places will do. MY Esthetician was also very personable but didn't reach beyond professionalism. I have yet to meet Dr. O but I look forward to meeting him in the near future for Botox and filler. Summer 2011, I purchased a discounted package for the non-ablative laser skin resurfacing. They up sold me on purchasing botox for the crows feet area, they said it went well with the laser resurfacing I would be getting. The first treatment of the resurfacing, I was suppose to experience a stinging sensation, a sunburn reaction, and some swelling. I didn't, I even mentioned to the technician, that there wasn't any pain during the procedure. Prior to the procedure, the Dr. administered botox in the crow's feet area, he made mention that I had very little crow's feet to treat. I did take a mental note that his administration of the botox was NOT like the 5 other times that I received botox in the past for that area. I left feeling a little concerned that both procedures would not pan out. Less than 9 weeks later I reschedule my second procedure for the laser treatment, and advised them that indeed the botox never took effect. I started the conversation with the laser tech, that her last procedure, I didn't experience any burning, redness, discomfort and that there were NO Visible signs that I had a laser procedure. Today, the second laser procedure, I clearly felt discomfort, a feeling of sunburn, and redness. What a difference! This time I felt I had actually RECEIVED the laser treatment that I PAID for . The laser tech said, "well, we can adjust the power of the laser." As for the botox, Diana relayed the message to me that the Dr. REFUSED to re-administer the botox because he said it had been 3 months. I corrected them, it had been less then 9wk since the procedure, 3 months is 12wks. The Dr. also relayed that botox is not suppose to last 3 months.......My question is : Then why did they originally tell me that botox can last 3-5 months. The five times that I have received botox in the past have been marvelous experiences, administered by two different Dr.s! It has been couple of years since those procedure and I was trying to save a buck or two by going to Allure Skin and Laser. NEVER AGAIN! I get a sense that they offered the discounted packages, to get people in there and make some fast cash for their bank account. While the unwary consumer wouldn't really know the difference of a good procedure or not and if they did, most people do not provide feedback that the goods/services that they received were poor. If I could give less than one star I probably would. I feel like this place took my money and gave me nothing. Several laser hair removal treatments with no results. I was talked into purchasing a buy one get one chemical peel type treatment when the first one broke me out and gave me sunspots instead of refunding my money they did another treatment that did nothing. Then sold me some cream for $80 that also did nothing. It's been a little while since I have been in but the fact that I paid so much money for the buy one get one free treatment I think about it often and feel disgusted at the fact that I threw away that much money and even worse the fact that I still have my start "free" treatment left to do. read more

Overpriced! If you want to pay double for your Botox you should schedule here. I get 8 units and have never paid more than $10 a unit. They have a flat rate of $125 which I wasn't told until I was at my appointment. Driving to Chandler or Scottsdale is worth the savings. read more

She went to grab the doctor (whom is also her family member) and the doctor followed with the same lame attitude. I left and will not support this facility.
