This business charged me over $350 in "late cancellation" fees--even when I followed their 24-hour rescheduling policy and showed up to the rescheduled appointments. I've been billed twice for the same tip, charged late fees on days I was physically at the facility, and even charged a second $50 fee while getting the service. Their products not only failed to work, they ripped and damaged my skin for weeks. I paid for treatments and products that left me worse off than when I started. And here's my strongest warning--never sign up for their monthly membership. It locks you into charges you can't escape, even when they fail to deliver results or fairness. When I raised concerns and provided proof, I got no accountability, no explanation, and no resolution--just silence or excuses. This isn't a one-time oversight--it's a pattern of unfair billing, harmful products, and misleading business practices. If you value your health, your skin, or your money, avoid this place entirely. I was a loyal member for years, but I was shocked to discover that $1,500 had been charged from my credit balance by their employees without my authorization. These charges occurred while I was out of the country.When I returned and confronted the owner, I was told that I had waited too long to notice the unauthorized charges and that nothing could be done. I've had a membership $69/month for 1yr 4mo. Once I earned the laser retouch pricing (50% off treatments after 6 appts) I was charged full price on 4 more treatments. My card is on file so I left the building before confirming price. 3 months went by and I got another laser treatment and, after, standing at the desk realized I'd been overcharged previously. I discussed with the front desk. She said the manager Hayley would get back to me. Hayley called later to say all sales are final, but she could credit my account. I now have very little hair and don't have a way to use up $180 at the salon. She suggested I get a facial treatment (I can't bc I have too sensitive skin) or let my relative or friend use the credit. WTF?? No. I just want my money back. My husband and I run a business and this is NOT the way to create loyalty or get referrals. Stop being greedy! read more

A few months ago I got a gift card here for a facial, so I made an appointment and came in. They got me in same day (win!) and the receptionist and aesthetician were both super nice. They up sold me and I got a dermaplaning, which was my first. I also got a brow wax, which is complimentary with any facial. It was a great experience, but I declined getting a membership or buying any products. Another month went buy and I wanted to get another facial. I decided to book another appointment (non-member) and was able to get in quickly again. The receptionist (a different one this time) was super nice, but in a very genuine sort of way. I never felt pressured to buy anything more in any way, either. Even so, I ended up signing up for a membership. The brow wax really sealed the deal because it makes he cost so much more justifiable.
