This is regarding Taylor, my consultant in Chandler, AZ. I did not even get to use the product because I ended up in ICU for 2 1/2 weeks. I chose the payment option prior to the procedure, which they told me did not hit your credit. IT DOES. They also charge you in advance. Obviously, I did not make it to my procedure. Nor, am I going to make it. When I found out the charge was there, I requested it to be refunded. The Chandler location refused and stopped answering my calls and texts. They said they could not reverse the charge. Now my family is fighting the charge with the credit card company who is having to dispute it. LaserAway is not good to work with. Stay away from Laser Away. They are completely unethical. Everyone was incredibly positive when I scheduled and submitted my paperwork. However, when I tested positive for Covid today and gave them more than 24 hours cancellation notice, they still refused to refund the $375 I was required to pay in advance. I'm a working mom. I return from pregnancy leave next week or whenever I test negative and won't have PTO to take a half day for the foreseeable future. I cannot afford to lose hundreds of dollars indefinitely when I could be putting funds for a service I didn't receive towards post-labor medical bills. They know about my situation and their team doesn't care about my circumstances at all. At this point I would not give them my business or reschedule even though they won't refund my money and I will be advising my friends not to do so as well. I cannot support a business that takes advantage of their patients in compromised positions and won't issue a refund for a cancellation that costs them nothing. They schedule same and next day appointments and can easily backfill. Their automated bot even texted me about my own appointment cancellation and the open availability to quickly fill the spot. Refunding your money in the case of a medical emergency costs them nothing at all but will cost you hundreds . Do not book here. read more

This was my first visit to LaserAway - and what a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a valued client. The receptionists are friendly and professional. I recommend you do your paperwork ahead of time online. But was unable to, so they kindly helped me through it and answered all of my questions. I was then greeted by my nurse, Olivia, and taken to a treatment room. My first procedure was laser hair removal. Olivia explained the procedure to me as she prepped my skin and then talked to me throughout the procedure. I was so surprised. ZERO pain or discomfort. I will never wax again!!! I was then taken to another room for an IPL procedure on my chest. I damaged my skin when I was younger with too much sun exposure, so I was excited (and nervous) to see what IPL would do for my skin. Again, Olivia explained everything as she prepped my skin with lots of gel. She made sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure. I wore dark goggles to protect my eyes throughout. The laser felt like a little rubber band hitting my skin. No pain. When the procedure was finished I could immediately see where the damaged skin would flake away to reveal my new skin beneath. Ahhhmazing. Olivia gave me after care instructions and also said she was available for any follow up questions. The staff here is friendly and highly professional. The treatment rooms are comfortable and even have TVs. I will definitely return for more work to refine my skin. I love the location as well.
