Dan will give you an estimate on the phone based on your items and walks you through the process. I was able to make an appointment for Monday on the Friday before (might have been able to do same day, but needed Monday), and all the communication around timing of truck was clear and direct. I didn't have to sit around and wonder when they'd arrive. I had a window, and they arrived ten minutes into that window. The guys that came for pick up were able to problem solve getting my couch out of a tight spot (old building), and grabbed a bunch of other unwieldy items from a basement space in no time. They were friendly and professional, and even said "it's our job to make this easy for you!", which ended up being absolutely true. The pricing is comparable to other pickup companies, but it's nice to know Dan will find a home for any item in good condition!
