It was shared fence with two other neighbors and they agreed to share in the cost. I asked four different Companies to bid on a new cinder block wall. In the end only two Companies provided quotes. The prices were similar. I chose National Concrete based upon Brian La Fuente and his honest and straight forward approach. The project consisted of demo an existing wood fence and build a 219 linear feet cinder block wall with Orco split face blocks. The National Concrete team for my project was 3 highly skilled and very efficient craftsmen. I was amazed at the fast pace of the work for only three guys. They did not take short cuts. The crew worked straight through on the job. In the end it took four weeks to complete the fence including all city inspections. I think the work quality was top notch. Brian La Fuente and the guys at National Concrete were reliable and a pleasure to work with. Brian and the crew were always respectful and very responsive to my requests during the project. I appreciate this very much, as I waited for months beyond the original start date with another contractor who seems popular on Yelp, yet ended up being told to find someone else cuz he was too busy. Several months were wasted and everything got more expensive at that point. Brian is very responsive and thorough. He has very high standards for himself as well as the team. Whenever you raise a concern, he'll deal with it instantly and deliver results. He really means it when he says he wants everything perfect. We purchased our fire safe interior door here and tbh we had no idea this place existed prior to last week. The other big box stores we looked at had an ordering wait time of 2-3 weeks, while CW had many fire safe doors in stock and available to view in the store. Highly recommend this place for doors and fixtures, they are a bit light on bathroom and lighting options, but are well stocked otherwise. Another note to add is that CW doesn't do online ordering, so either you or your contractor will need to pay and pickup the items on site. The associates will also help you load items into your truck which is a nice plus.
