Heidi was snippy with me from my first appointment when I asked a question about the form I had to fill out for Kaiser. It's clear she doesn't like Kaiser due to this and a previous post. One time I told her that I still had numbness in my foot and she asked me if she thought she should put a needle in the middle of my foot. I was confused as to why she was asking me this and said "I don't know, if you think it will help." I could tell she was irritated by that answer and she proceeded to jam the needle abruptly in my foot. It was very alarming. I was sick for an appointment and had to cancel the morning of, and her text to me was very cold about needing 24 hour notice in the future. I decided to never return. Finally, I was going through some old mail and saw I had a bill saying I owed for that visit I had to cancel. I texted her about it and she said I owed that plus $2 from a previous visit. I said I didn't know I had to pay for a cancelled visit and sent the payment. She later replied saying she was confused what I meant. I told her I had to cancel my appointment and yet I was still charged and that was never told to me I would still have to pay. She then wrote me a long text about why she did the charge and said she would refund me since it was a mistake on her end. She also told me "no need to be upset" and I said I wasn't I was just asking why I was charged which I thought was valid. She then wrote me "good luck", which I think we all know what she really meant by that.

For you inquiring minds, here's how that worked: When I told her that my area of study was design, she immediately began contextualizing the nature of my work, describing my thought process, which was accurate. She then used a very specific metaphor (i.e. "it's almost like..."). Except that it was not "almost like"; it was, indeed, the exact topical framework I had chosen for my thesis the week before. Until Kelly, only my professor and my mentor had been aware of it. Fairly, I cannot guarantee that anyone else will have this experience. I chose Kelly very deliberately based on the feeling that I would know immediately what was up and went in with specific intentions to check against. The on set of my anxiety was when I truly started to grieve the loss of my mom in 2007. My husband couldn't finger point where his started . We've both been on numerous anti- anxiety/ depressants . I've had the occurrence of suicidal thoughts etc, on these medications. My husbands Dr. Recently put him on Wellbutrin. It made him mean and angry, I could see the anger in his face. We planned for 7 days in paradise, making memories with the people we love. Well this was cut short to my husbands severe panic attack on day 3. He could not get out of bed, he said his body was hurting all over, he was vomiting, and crying because of the pain. As his wife I felt so helpless because there was nothing I could do. She has a great sense of humor, she's originally from the East Coast, and I absolutely loved her sassy, down-to-earth, real vibe. It felt authentic. No fluff. No pretense.....Just genuine energy and insight. I've been on a spiritual awakening journey for about nine months now. I've done "past" life regression sessions and have received messages from my higher self, spirit team, and angel guides.
