I have completely redone my kitchen pots & pans, since Christmas. I started and now we are addicted to Le Creuset, they really ARE the BEST cooking pots & pans! My cooking has improved, my husband & I BOTH enjoy shopping at the store. I now have 18 total pots. Bakeware we have nine items. Not including the extra things, Stoneware etc, Silicone etc. I have used Williams & Sonoma at first, but service was really POOR at Lakeside store. Tried their online web site, they do not send items right. Totally satisfied with this outlet and the online ordering also!!! This is some of my collection.

This shop caters more towards food gifts like cookie cutters, hot sauces and cookbooks. Ended up getting a magnet $5.99 and a praline for $2.99. Make sure to pay attention and don't hand over your card immediately. The staff tried to charge us $20 but we were like... "Ummm no." The cashier said she made a mistake when calculating it by hand, but I don't know if I believe that. We also weren't given a receipt which is okay because we decided to pay with cash. Just pay attention when paying for your order and ask for a receipt if you're paying by card.

I called once and the lady said she would get back to me. I never heard back from her. I called yet again a week or so later and another lady said she would call right back, instead I get an email the next day stating that I would have to ship the whole pot and lid back at my cost as well as I would have to pay cost to have a new one sent to me. I will never purchase from these people agin. I feel that I should NOT be penalized for their mistakes and poor quality control. They should check the product before it goes out to the customer.

What interested me the most was the outlandish price of socks. Socks? Brightly colored, locally inspired and very costly. $15.99 a pair. Wow. Other than that prices were commensurate for the area. I still gave it four stars. I just couldn't bring myself to photograph these socks.
